We love staying here. Great location. Very nice pool. Clean, roomy, and well stocked with quality cookware, beach towels, beach gear, etc. This was our third stay at the property.

This house was everything it was advertised as. Plenty of space, great cooking gear, and all the amenities you need. Great location, close to all shops and downtown kona...all the while quiet and secluded feel. We had a great stay and would do it again. Thank you.

David's place is immaculate. Perfect for coming to the Kona side for beaches and snorkeling. His house is spotlessly clean and all of the appliances work well with a well stocked kitchen and even some surprise kitchen items. Mahalo for the chocolates. Those were a tasty treat! The kids loved hopping out of the pool and eating lunch on the lanai. The house is up on a steep hillside that provides the beautiful views of the ocean. Our only complaint was the frogs chirping at night. The neighborhood is so lovely and quiet with real AC instead of wall units so there is nothing to drown out the noise. We had to sleep with a noise app on to cover up the frogs. We won't miss those but apparently some people love them. Thank you for a beautiful home to enjoy Hawaii with our long time friends.

5 stars all around! This home was spotless, perfect for our family, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach gear was a definite bonus, and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.Our favorite spot was the lanai. We spent hours out there playing games, laughing, and watching some of the most beautiful sunsets … We honestly couldn’t get enough of them.A wonderful place to make family memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Quintessential home in Kona! Private, relaxing, and loaded with all things you could need for your stay. Communication was also 5 star. Looking forward to returning. The home’s guest book has a few families that have been returning 5-7 times!

Gorgeous tropical oasis with fantastic views and beautiful landscaping. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with top-notch appliances and everything you could possibly need. Everything was so comfortable -- especially the beds! Daily visits by chickens and all sorts of colorful birds added to our fun. 10/10 -- highly recommend!

We loved this house so much last year, we decided to come back this year.The accommodations are perfect for our 3 generations family, and the huge lanai/patio and pool area is FABULOUS!As I said last year, this is the cleanest VRBO home we have ever vacationed in..and we have stayed in many. Our Host was very attentive. Our questions were answered promptly and the check in process was easy and well explained. Thank you for another lovely vacation stay!

The house is beautiful! The view is spectacular. The locks and code worked beautifully. The garage door opener was really nice to have when coming home from our day excursions and were able to leave the rental car in the garage. We left our drinks in the garage frig and easily loaded them into a cooler each morning for our adventures.

Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was also eveything needed to enjoy the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkel equipment. The pool was very nice and overlooks the ocean which makes it a great place to enjoy the morning and evening hours after exploring the island during the day. Location was very convenient as well. Host was very easy to work with.Would definitely stay here again!

The house is spectacular and a very well stocked kitchen. There are a lot of pool and beach amenities to use during your stay. The hosts were fantastic. It was the perfect location and place to stay. Will definitely be staying again.

This VRBO truly felt like a home. We were a family of 2 little girls, mom dad and grandma and grandpa. The pool was an absolute hit for our girls. Location was beautiful.Home was stunning! Beds were divine!So many extra amenities (beach gear, coolers, pool gear etc) that made things so much easier. David was wonderful, responsive and laid back. 10/10 recommend.

Thinking about this property? JUST DO IT! The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a great vacation stay. It is well located with a magnificent heated pool overlooking the Pacific. The sunsets are spectacular. I can’t say enough good things about the property. Plus, the communication with the owner was outstanding. We stayed for 3 weeks and if we return to Big Island Hawaii, we will definitely choose this property again. I say again, don’t hesitate, JUST DO IT!

This house is seriously PERFECTION! My family and I had the best stay here!!! There is not a single thing that could make this house more amazing, and I cannot wait until we get to come back! If you rent this house, you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and have tons of fun in the pool, seriously feels like being in paradise here!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time at David's property. The best part of the whole stay was the lanai and pool. We loved sitting outside on the deck, using the BBQ and enjoying each others' company.
