Hillside House is a real gem! Set in a quiet & idyllic spot along the famous Bog Road to Roundstone. Boasting fabulous mountain views and is only a mere 7-minute drive from the bustling town of Clifden, which has many restaurants, pubs, craft shops and a wonderful atmosphere. This bright and airy 2 bedroom cottage provides modern comfortable living with a ‘home from home’ feeling.

Large and airy hallway leading to :
Reception room: Wooden floors, stove fire, 2 windows overlooking the front of the property. 2 comfy couches, coffee table & TV
Open plan kitchen and dining area:
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen offering dishwasher, electric oven & hob, microwave. Large countertop with breakfast bar & 4 stools.
Dining area with table & chairs seating 4 guests. The dining area offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and hills with its panoramic window layout.
The door leads to a patio & large garden area.
Door leading:
Utility room housing ample storage space, separate washing machine & dryer. Great area for storing wet / fishing gear or kids' buggies.

From the Hallway, there are 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Large, bright & airy double bedroom with 2 windows overlooking the front of the property and with views of the famous Ben Mountain range. Double bed, 2 bedside lockers with lamps, Dressing table with mirror and stool. Also a convenient open-plan wardrobe with shelving.
Ensuite shower room with WC & sink unit.
Bedroom 2: Large bright and airy double bedroom with 1 large window overlooking mountains & garden area. Free-standing wardrobe, mirror and bedside lockers with lamps. Both bedrooms come with the added bonus of black-out blinds.

Upstairs leads to a perfect area for children/teenagers' den or where one can relax after a fun-filled day in Connemara and switch off from the world! There is a comfy chair & footstool, a selection of books and games.

Beautifully paved patio area with the BBQ and garden furniture. With access to large garden & washing line.
Ample parking at the front of the property.

During peak season changeover days are Saturdays
