This spacious and beautiful apartment, located in the famous Albaicín neighborhood, has been fully renovated and decorated to ensure the comfort and rest of our guests. All its rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, offering wonderful views of the Alhambra from every corner.
The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by a short flight of stairs due to the street’s slope. The living room, furnished with designer furniture, features a seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, along with a dining area that receives plenty of light from large windows. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The apartment has three bedrooms: two with single beds (90x190 cm) and one with a double bed (150x200 cm). The bathrooms are independent, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a private terrace on the building’s rooftop, beautifully furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the views of the Alhambra.
The Albaicín neighborhood, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of Granada’s most iconic areas. Walking through its streets is a wonderful experience, with breathtaking views, a variety of bars and restaurants, and charming local shops to explore.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
