About this property

House with private garden a few meters from the best beach in the area. New furniture, beds and mattresses of 2019, kitchen and living room recently renovated in 2019.
Fully equipped for 8 people, 120 meters from the beach and next to tennis and paddle courts. It is located in a quiet urbanization (Puerto Romano, Creixell) and has a private porch and garden with swings and outdoor shower, as well as a terrace with sea views on the upper floor. Garden with large pines that provide a very pleasant shade for summer. Porch with sun and shade area.
The house has 3 floors and has 4 double bedrooms (two with double beds of 150cm, one with 2 single beds that can be put together, and one with bunk beds). 3 of the rooms have space for travel cot if necessary. Ceiling or standing fans in all bedrooms. It has 3 toilets, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower only.
Included in the price: SHEETS AND TOWELS.
Ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
It is very well connected (80 km from Barcelona, 32 km from Port Aventura, 21 km from Tarragona) and several supermarkets in the surroundings (Mercadona 2 minutes by car).

Super, besser geht's nicht! Empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist super genauso wie die Lage (ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt). Die Fotos entsprachen genau dem, was wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es wurde eine kurze Hausbegehung gemacht. Check-in sowie Check-out war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles, Pedro. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Deinem Haus. / Muchas gracias por todo, Pedro! Nos gustó muchísimo en tu casa.

Super schön

Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem Haus und dessen Ort. Sehr modern super schick ein gerichtet . Man hat alles was man benötigt für schöne Ferien zu haben und selbst zu kochen . wenn Mann seine Ruhe haben möchte ist es genau das richtige . Was wir vermisst haben war ein Brotkorb, nudelsieb und leider das W-lan. Ohne konnte man aber trotzdem super leben *lach. Es sind sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert . Die Betten waren super bequem und die Aussicht vom Balkon des obersten Zimmer ein Traum. Sehr empfehlenswert und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen .
