San Teodoro: 500mt. walk to La Cinta beach

The house is located in San Teodoro village in via Alghero 20, 500 meters from La Cinta beach (entrance from the marina), reachable on foot and about 900 meters from the center of the tourist promenade.
Arranged on two levels, it has a large garden with parking space, from the covered veranda equipped for eating you enter the living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave oven and all the dishes. On the upper floor there are two bright air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with memory mattresses and wooden slatted frames: one double and one with two single beds that can be joined together if necessary. In this room there is a sofa bed that becomes a single bed; both overlook a large partly covered veranda. On the upper floor there is also a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Possibility to have a free cot for infants.
