The villa is on two floors. In the first: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. On the ground floor: a room, a bathroom, a living room.
All around a lush garden full of myrtle trees, strawberry trees, juniper. In the villa is kept just a juniper centenarian, the oldest in the area. The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower, and of course table and chairs where you can pleasantly have lunch or dinner in the green using if you also want the barbeque.

Two families had a very nice stay

The house is very nice and has enough rooms for two families with childrens. Nice garden. We especially liked the barbecue outside.

Beautiful home in good location

We could have not asked for a better experience. The house was beautiful and rustic, clean and in a good location. Gorgeous beaches nearby. The host Elisabetta was amazing, so so helpful answering all our questions and giving us recommendations. Highly recommend staying there

Perfect house!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is great for a group of people as there is so much space and we loved using all of the different outdoor areas. Elisabetta was good at communicating with us and it was a real bonus having the beach towels. There are lots of lovely beaches to explore and beautiful clear sea to swim in. Thanks Elisabetta!!

Elisabetta and Camilla were there to greet us and tell us all we needed to know, as well as giving us lots of tips on beaches and restaurants etc to visit. The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It is in a lovely quiet area, but within easy walk of 2 or 3 restaurants and and also very close to several wonderful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay in Monte Petrosu and would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Elisabetta especially for being such a good host, it was so nice to meet you and chat about Rome :)

The house had everything we needed. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, has many beds and baths, easy parking for 2 cars, great location and Elisabetta was always available when you needed help. A perfect stay and we'll definitly check for next year for availability here first.

Very nice and large house with enough space for six people. Beautiful, large garden and terrace with plenty of seating. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything you need for daily use and cooking was provided. Even beach toys.Very friendly contact and smooth handling and organisation. All in all, a really nice place to spend your holiday. Centrally located and very easy to reach by rental car.

Excellent house for a big family.

The house was placed at a silent part of the small village that had a small bottega, pizzeria and restaurants. Nearby you can find a lot of beaches and other villages. Also just 30 min from airport. The house has all you need, a kitchen with the necessary things, possibly to eat inside or outside, huge couch. You have a great contact with the hostess Elisabetta who was very service minded and wanted to know that everything was ok. Absolutely was return to this place again on a coming trip.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, geräumigen Haus mit großartigem Garten war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, in der Küche ist alles, was man benötigt. Das habe ich in dieser Reichhaltigkeit noch bei keinem anderen gemieteten Objekt erlebt.Alles war blitzssauber.Schöne, ruhige Lage. Im Örtchen gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, auch eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Kontakt mit der unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war erstklassig.Wir bedauern es sehr, dass wir sie nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten.Aber wir hoffen, dies bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt nachholen zu können.Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für die schöne Zeit, die sie uns ermöglicht hat.

Wirklich ein ganz tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Viele gemütliche Ecken, Wohlfühlatmosphäre, hervorragend ausgestattet (endlich mal alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht!), alles sehr sauber. Wir sind mit 8 Personen für 10 Tage in die typisch sardische Villa eingezogen und fanden es super schön dort. Zur Badebucht sind es allerdings 1,7km.Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten für 1,50 Euro bzw. 2 Euro die Stunde parken.Die Gastgeberin Elisabetta ist sehr nett und hat uns alles ausführlich beschrieben.

Landestypisches Haus mit zweckmäßiger geschmackvoller Einrichtung

Guter Standort, um von dort aus zu Stränden zu fahren. Es gibt schattige Plätze im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Leider keine Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern, aber Verdampfer für die Steckdosen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber im Kontakt über WhatsApp. Alles gut

Logement spacieux pour une famille de 8 personnes. Propre avec tout le nécéssaire. On se sent comme à la maison !!! L"extérieur est très beau où on peut rester le soir avec un jardin magnifique. C'est un logement que je recommande . Il faut toutefois une voiture pour se déplacer.

Danke Elisabetta, sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage mit guter Basis für die nahe gelegenen Strände. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl von den Zimmern (in Summe 3 Badezimmer zzgl. Aussendusche) als auch von den Möbeln/Utensilien. Es gibt zwei große Kühlschränke, einer oben in der Küche und einer unten im Appartement. Dieses Appartement verfügt über einen kleinen Wohnbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad - somit ein schönes kleines „hideaway“ losgelöst vom oberen Haus. Der Garten/Innenhof ist klasse, hier sind ringsherum überall Bäume, so dass man den ganzen Tag über Schatten hat. Es gibt auch zwei Sonnenschirme für Strandbesuche. Im Ort gibt es fünf Restaurants, von denen wir drei auspropiert haben. Unser Favorit war die Pizzeria Vivi et Sfizi, sehr lecker, preiswert und super nett, aber unbedingt reservieren. Unser Favort an Strand war die Punta Molara.

Traumhaus mit verwunschenem Garten

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Haus. Die Bilder werden der tatsächlichen Schönheit gar nicht so gerecht…. Ein friedlicher Garten rings um das Haus, besonders schön, wenn am Abend alle Beleuchtungen an sind. Privater Parkplatz mit Tor und großer Innenraum. Erwähnen sollte man, dass dieses Haus bestens ausgestattet ist, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Handseife, Spülmittel, Müllsäcke, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Spülertabs und Waschmittel… noch nie haben wir solchen Service erlebt. Wir hatten bei unserer Anreise sogar Wasser und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank! Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir 16min vom Flughafen gebraucht… Super Ort die Gehend zu erkunden. Der Mini Markt am Ortseingang ist auch süß.. das Eis und die Pizzeria ebenfalls lecker… die Kinder sind super gerne abends ins Hotel nebenan gegangen um mich ein spätes Eis zu essen… der Garten dort mit vielen Tischen ist ganz hübsch und direkt über die Straße… vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Maison sarde parfaite

Superbe maison dans une quartier résidentielle à quelques minutes de belles criques et des plais belles plages de la Sardaigne. Elisabetta a été super sympa et pleine de bons conseils. Sa maison est magnifique. Vu très sympa sur la tavolara que j’affectionne particulièrement. La maison est refaite à neuf et parfaitement équipée. C’était un plaisir à deux familles. Chacun est indépendant. La déco est belle. Rien à ajouter. Séjour parfait.
