Villa Annalisa is a beautiful Tuscan Country home in an enchanting area of Lucca between the town centre and the beaches of Versilia. Situated within walking distance from the river shores and a village with shops and minutes from the famous city Walls of Lucca, the home offers a superbly appointed heaven for private relaxation and celebration. Exceptional features include a 5x10 metres swimming pool, alfresco dining, beautifully furnished modern interiors and a fully equipped kitchen.



Five elegant bedrooms accommodate up to ten travellers, making the villa an ideal vacation rental for families or large groups of friends.

With its ample terrace and yard—plus multiple balconies off the rooms— Villa Annalisa inspires long days and evenings under the Tuscan sun. Sunbathe on lounge chairs and plunge into the sparkling water. Sip cool drinks in the shaded lounge, or curl up with a favourite book in the hammock. Gather for feasts in the dreamy evening light, and relish bottles of local wine under the stars.

The main interior living areas open to the garden through multiple doors, inviting garden-scented breezes into the home. The open-concept space features a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and a dining table for ten, as well as grand living room with TV and an additional dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-grade appliances for the contemporary cook. Air conditioning and excellent WIFI create a comfortable environment for all guests.

The upstairs master suites and bedrooms features king size beds and 3 bathrooms, comfortable showers and jacuzzi tub. The ground floor master suite features a deluxe bedroom with a living room both with direct access to the pool area and a grand bathroom with double sink.



Lucca is one of the most beautiful and pristine locations in Tuscany, with outstanding dining options and wonderful open-air activities. The town of Lucca is a 5 mins drive of the villa, and you’re about 25 minutes by car from Versilia Beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Annalise! The location is perfect - Lucca is a must visit and so close. The Villa was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The outside pool area was great. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We cannot wait to visit again!

Lovely Villa just on the outskirts of Lucca, everything easily accessible. Large villa with a mixture of old world and modern interspersed. the out door area( pool/patio) was fantastic and really made it a lazy holiday. A place and villa we would try again

Perfect location, Responsive and Friendly Property Manager, Great Stay!

I recently booked this villa for a family trip in late November 2019. Mrs Sonia and Paola who met us at the home were both responsive and helpful. They answered questions not only about the home, but were able to give great recommendations (seriously, every single one was fantastic - including where to eat, nearby baths, and putting us in touch with a chef who prepared a home-cooked meal for our arrival and was able to pick up groceries ahead of our arrival!) The location was perfect for us (about a 10 min drive from historic Lucca, 25 min to Pisa, and we were able to easily take the train into Florence.) The home itself was lovely and the perfect size for 9 adults to share for a week. I can't thank Mrs. Sonia and Paoloa and Christina enough for such a lovely stay!!

Fabulous property for relaxing

We had a lovely relaxing stay, the property was clean, beautifully furnished and the layout really suited us . We loved the pool and outside areas for chilling and barbecuing. Christina was very helpful and always available for any assistance . 2 good restaurants in walking distance and a quaint village store for provisions. We didn’t find a mention of the village store in the information booklet (it would have been useful as we didn’t have a car) and distances to the local restaurants (Perhaps a little map) would have helped us get our bearings when we arrived. We didn’t find table mats for the lounge table or mosquito plug ins until last day and a baking tray, larger chopping board and oven instructions would have been useful but obviously these are really minor details, we loved the villa, just didn’t want to damage anything . Thank you very much

Nice villa but not like the photos in the garden

We really enjoyed our holiday in Annalisa and our representative, Paola, was extremely helpful. The house was fine, although the kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped and the electricity tripped out when a few appliances were on simultaneously. The garden was disappointing. The lawns needed mowing and the plants and hedges had been neglected, so the pool area was not as smart as the photos show. The villa is located in a small village about a 15 minute drive to the walls of Lucca. It is within a short distance of what appeared to be a dog rescue home so be prepared to hear barking!

Villa molto bella e particolare

La proprietà si trova appena fuori Lucca ed è in una posizione per le nostre esigenze perfetta. La casa è molto bella e funzionale anche per ospitare diverse coppie (anche con figli), così come un bel gruppo di amici. Ideale anche per ospitare bambini visto l'ampio spazio verde e la piscina. L'unica "mancanza" che segnalerei è l'assenza di ombrelloni nella zona della piscina, non vi è possibilità di stare all'ombra durante praticamente tutto il giorno. Per il resto, proprietà assolutamente consigliatissima.
