Villa Livia Luxury can accommodate up to fourteen people and is located in Villanuova sul Clisi, not far from Lake Garda.

Surrounded by an immense park, this property offers externally the possibility of private parking on site in case you travel with your own vehicle, a swimming pool with barbecue area and a fully equipped dog area; internally it offers a private gym, sauna and a staircase protection gate for children, making it an ideal solution for those travellers looking for complete relaxation.



The Villa has every type of comfort and amenity and is divided in three floors: on the ground floor you find the infinity pool with garden and barbecue area. On the first floor there is a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for those travelers who want to indulge in the kitchen. On the same floor, there are three double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds (each with three beds) and three bathrooms.

The upper floor offers a double sofa bed and a fitness area with gym and sauna directly connected to the private terrace, a lovely place where to spend the summer evenings with friends. The all house is provided with air conditioning.

Poser Villa mit schlechten Nachbarn

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Pool auf Saló und den See ist genial. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist unglaublich schlecht (3 Schlafzimmer direkt am Pool, dafür sie Küche im Obergeschoss sorgt für ewiges Treppensteigen). Ansonsten eine klassische Mietvilla, mehr Schein als Sein, sämtliche Armaturen und Geräte sind untererster Standard und dem Objekt nicht wirklich entsprechend. Absolut negativ ist die zu dichte Bebauung, was dazu führte, dass sich ein Nachbar bereits um 17:00 Uhr über Musik beschwerte und uns bedrohte. Als Krönung wurde ein Auto unserer Gruppe, vermutlich von einem der Nachbarn, mit einer Stahlkugel beschossen und dadurch erheblich beschädigt.
