An apartment with one bedroom and a fourth shower, located in a very well maintained urbanization with communal pool, another pool heated by the winter and communal jacuzzi. The urbanization is 700m from the beach (more or less) and you can walk to Garrucha in about half an hour. The apartment has a terrace with wonderful sea views. It is located in the beaches of Marina de la Torre, a quiet area with a high situation with access by elevator from the ground floor of the community.
