An apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, located in a well maintained urbanization with communal pool, a heated pool and jacuzzi for the winter. The urbanization is 700m from the beach (more or less) and you can walk to Garrucha in half an hour approx. The apartment has a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. It is located on the beaches of Marina de la Torre, very quiet area with an elevated situation with access by elevator from the ground floor of the community.

Bon séjour ! Pour très bien connaître la région, Nous le conseillons. Avec quelques petits bémols, à savoir, mobilier et vitres de la terrasse pas nettoyé . ( grosses pluies de sables le mois dernier) Pour un séjour de 10 jours, un deuxième jeu de linge serai souhaitable ainsi que quelques pastilles lave vaisselle et lave linge… et des éponges!

Almost perfect, no 5 star 'cause welcome package consists of one roll of toilet paper, no coffee, tea, sugar. salt. pepper. Also kitchen utensils very basic.

Thankyou for telling us about the kitchen utensils, we will look into this. We do not leave coffee/tea etc in the apartment as due to our coronavirus policies we remove all food items but we are always able to offer a welcome pack to purchase. We hope to sse you again.

El complejo y el apartamento están en muy buenas condiciones. Pero no abrieron la piscina hasta pasada mitad de la estancia. Y no lo advirtieron antes de contratar el alojamiento. No fue por motivos del covid sino por falta de mantenimiento.

Fantastic apartment

*Great check in with Debbie the property manager, who was very knowledgeable about the area. *Apartment very clean, and gets the sun all day. *Fantastic pool. *Quiet area which was perfect for us. The only real negative is: It's a steep hill, which wasn't a problem for us but could be if you have mobility problems. The upside of this is that the views of the sea are great. *Would definitely stay again.
