Very nice apartment T3 for 4 people in downtown Luz st Sauveur

Apartment classified 3 Clévacances, refurbished in 2013, contemporary style.
Located in the city center near all shops and restaurants, in a quiet residence on the 1st floor.
No need to take your car to get around.
Living-dining room with sofa. 80 cm LCD TV with dvd, dvix.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It consists of an induction hob, a pyrolysis oven, as well as everything you need, washing machine dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.
This apartment has its own private terrace with garden furniture, deck chair and barbecue.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 140 beds with cupboards.
Bathroom with bath, w. c are separated.
Free wifi @ internet, ski and bicycle storage, private.

For reasons of hygiene and allergies, animals are no longer allowed.

Sheets rental 10 euros per bed and towels 4 euros per person.
To be specified one week before your arrival.

Rentals from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

Parking space at the bottom of the residence.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour

Appartement confortable (4 personnes), conforme au descriptif et photos, propre et bien équipé, et très bien situé au centre du bourg avec les commerces. La terrasse permet de prendre son petit déjeuner face au lever de soleil pour les matinaux (seul petit bémol, le bruit inévitable de la circulation importante en journée, mais tranquille en soirée/nuit). Petit parking public au pied de la résidence, où les places sont chères en journée, mais se libèrent en soirée. Sinon, autre parking public plus vaste à 150 m donc pas de soucis. Echanges faciles par messages avec la propriétaire pour organiser notre arrivée plus tardive que prévue (boîte à clefs), et durant le séjour, mais nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Nathalie lors du départ. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

L’appartement possède une terrasse, est bien aéré et est situé en plein cœur du village avec tous les services à quelques pas. Il est bien équipé et il y a de très belles randonnées à proximité. Parfait pour 4 adultes.

Appartement refait à neuf et très fonctionnel dans une jolie demeure. Deux chambres confortables, une belle cuisine. L'étroitesse de la salle de bain est bien vite compensée par la superbe terrasse spacieuse avec barbecue et l'équipement parfait à tout point de vue de l'appartement. Idéalement situé au coeur de Luz-Saint-Sauveur, on ne peut pas faire plus proche des commerces. Il ravira les amoureux de cyclisme avec son local à vélo, au pied des plus grands cols comme le Tourmalet, Luz-Ardiden, Hautacam... mais aussi de randonnées, non loin du Cirque de Gavarnie ou Pont d'Espagne. Adresse à retenir.

Fantastic apartment, excellent location.

We had an amazing time, the apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very helpful, prior to, and on arrival. We had a really nice holiday, enjoyed the walks and mulled wine on the terrace. Well placed in the centre of town, close to all the shops, and the local bakery, just a minute walk away from the bars. It was ideal and will definitely going back.

Avons eu le plaisir de séjourner 3 semaines dans ce meublé très propre ,très bien entretenu, où l'on s'est de suite sentit comme chez nous . Le confort , l 'équipement , la qualité des prestations sont exceptionnels. La proximité des commerces est un vrai plus . De la terrasse, une vue paradisiaque. Très bien situé , au carrefour de diverses vallées, les amoureux de nature seront comblés par les divers circuits pédestres . Sans oublier la gentillesse , la confiance , la discrétion des propriétaires NATHALIE et DIDIER. Adresse à retenir, nous y retournerons , c'est certain .
