About this property

A comfortable detached house, in the outskirts of Lania village among orchards and vineyards. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 balconies with wonderful views of Troodos mountains and the countryside. An ideal base to explore this authentic region of Cyprus. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace and central heating. Taverns, bakeries, supermarkets and shops are all a few minutes drive away.

BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms have mattress & pillow protectors and pillows for each bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

BATHROOMS: One bathroom with bathtub, the other with shower. Instant hot water with high pressure.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TV: 42 inches TV with YouTube and free Netflix.

WIFI: Fast WiFi throughout the house indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the house use - no other houses share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Breathtaking mountain views, fireplace, sofa bed in living room, central heating.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 25 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.

Great Place

Great place in the countryside . A large space . suitable to at least 6 people comfortably . Beds are super comfortable, fire place was awesome (we were there at winter time)
