The ground floor is an open plan area with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, WC and a bedroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with common bathroom and a terrace of 22sq.m. The house has cover veranda, nice back yard with sea view, sitting and dining area and all the BBQ equipment. Wi-Fi / A/C and satellite TV.

The space

The house is located in the heart of Anogyra Village, a Cypriot white stone house classic architecture of the region. The house is 120sq.m and accommodates up to 6 people. On the ground floor is an open plan area with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, WC and one bedroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, with King and Queen Size beds, with one common luxurious bathroom. On 1st floor there is a nice and chilled terrace of 22sq.m. The house has a 25sq.m. cover veranda with a nice back yard with both sea and mountain view. The back yard has sitting and dining area and all the BBQ equipments for cooking. Wireless Internet connection and satellite TV with more than 1000 channels are provided to our guests. Each area of the house has its own new A/C units both for heating and cooling. The House is located 250m from the main square of the village, with private parking space for up to 3 cars.

The house has all amenities you could possibly need. A well equipped kitchen.There is enough space for everybody.Nice Veranda beside the house.A friendly cat visits every day.The village was quiet (in November).We liked the food at Nicolas Restaurant.Easy access to the house, lots of parking space.Good communication with the host.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden!Leonidas ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt hat. Auch bei Fragen hat er immer sofort reagiert.Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine gut ausgestattete Küche machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm – es war wirklich alles da.Nur eine größere Filterkaffeemaschine hätten wir uns noch gewünscht.Besonders schön ist die überdachte Terrasse mit viel Grün – perfekt zum Frühstück oder für gemütliche Abende mit einem Glas Wein. Schade war nur, dass die Liegen und Hängematten, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, in Wirklichkeit nicht da waren.Das Dorf ist klein und charmant, mit einem Mini-Marktund einer netten Taverne ganz in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen außerdem, die lokale Familienfarm zur Käse- und Joghurtproduktion zu besuchen!Die umliegenden Strände sind ruhig, sauber und gut erreichbar (etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto).Ein paar Tipps:– Lebensmittel (auch Brot) am besten gleich in den Kühlschrank legen, da es Ameisen gibt.– Es gibt eine sehr liebe Nachbarskatze, die sich gerne wie zu Hause fühlt. Wenn man sie ins Haus lässt, springt sie auch auf den Tisch und aufs Bett. Wir haben sie in den zwei Wochen sehr ins Herz geschlossen, aber jeder sollte selbst entscheiden, wo die Grenze ist.Insgesamt ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
