​​MADGE IS A DETACHED HOUSE WHICH SLEEPS UP TO 15 IN SIX BEDROOMS.

We can take smaller groups at reduced rates outside peak times.

Madge is a large detached house, located on a quiet side road situated only a few hundred yards level walk from the town centre and sea front. Only about 2 minutes walk from our other houses in Augusta Street and Ramey house. The golf course is even nearer and can be viewed from the rear windows.

Madge is our third house to have SKY TV you can watch the FAMILY channels along with all 7 SPORTS channels.

We have added freeview TV in every bedroom and 50"/40" TV's and DVD players in the two lounges along with complimentary unlimited WIFI at around 30MB speed

Parking:
Off road parking for two cars with unlimited on road right outside.

We have added unlimited WiFi internet at around 30mb which is free of charge and Freeview TV.

Please note this is non smoking house.





GROUND FLOOR
Lounge:

The new lounge has been designed to seat 15 guests on five large sofas. It has a 50 inch, wall mounted TV with Sky TV and DVD player, feature electric fire. The lounge opens into the new dining room, with it's patio doors to the rear garden, which in turn links to the kitchen.

Snug Lounge:

The Snug lounge is next door to the main lounge and can seat 6 guests on two large sofas. It has a 40" freeview TV and DVD player. It provides a quiet relaxing spot away from the main lounge and dining room area.

Kitchen & Dining Room:

Madge kitchen is located at the back of the house overlooking the private fully enclosed rear garden.

The kitchen is connected to the dining room creating a large open plan dining area, where it is as easy to grab a snack at the breakfast bar as it is to sit at the table for a larger meal.

Within the kitchen area is a built in eye level Bosch oven, grill and Microwave oven. To the right can be seen a free standing cooker with double oven, grill and an 8 ring hob.

Under the window is the sink along with built in dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a second fridge freezer in the utility room along with a washing machine and tumble drier.

Dining Room:

The dining room is open plan to the kitchen and main lounge providing an easy flow from kitchen to lounge. It has patio doors to the rear private garden and patio area plus a 23" Freeview TV and is bathed in natural light from the lantern in the roof.

The table seats up to 15 in comfort.

Shower Room:

The ground floor shower and WC is located across the hall from the bedroom. This room has an alarm system should guests need assistance from other family members.

The WC has support rails on either side enabling those with limited mobility to easily and safely access the toilet.

Wetroom Area:

The wetroom enables guests to access the shower without the need to step up into a shower tray. The shower is composed of two parts the overhead drench shower and a hand held section. Both produce an adjustable high pressure flow.

There is also a seat within the wet room, so anyone who finds difficulty standing can still enjoy a shower in comfort by using the hand held section, which can be attached to the wall close to the seat.

Superking - Bedroom 1:

This bedroom is located across the hall from the shower room.

It has a six foot super king bed which can be split into two single beds as shown.

There is also a 24 inch wall mounted TV/DVD player, plus wardrobe and dressing table with mirror.

This room also has an alarm system should guests need assistance from other family members.



USE OF BEDROOMS 2 & 3 ON THE FIRST FLOOR IS INTENDED FOR LARGE GROUPS ONLY. IF YOU WISH TO USE EITHER OF THESE ROOMS A SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BOOKING. THIS SURCHARGE WILL NOT BE REQUIRED DURING PEAK TIMES

FIRST FLOOR
Superking & two Singles - Bedroom 2 - Family room with en suite bathroom:

The family bedroom sleeps up to four guests with a super king size bed (6 foot) and two 3 foot singles. The room also has a TV/DVD player and two arm chairs.

The en suite contains a shower, separate bath, heated towel rail, along with WC and bidet.

Superking & one Single - Bedroom 3 - Family room:

Located at the front of the house this bedroom has a wall mounted 24 inch TV/DVD player.It can sleep three guests in a super king bed (6 foot) which can be split into two singles and a single bed. There is a wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets.

Family Bathroom:

There is a second bathroom opposite bedroom 3 with a large bath and separate shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

SECOND FLOOR
Superking - Bedroom 4:

Located above bedroom 3 this room has a 24 inch wall mounted TV/DVD player, a super king (6 foot) bed which can be split into two singles, a wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. Plus of course bedside tables with lights. Views over Sheringham to the distant sea

Twin - Bedroom 5:

This is a twin bed room with 24 inch TV/DVD player, two single beds, short wardrobe, chest of draws and beside table with mirror.

There are two Velux windows in this room which are fitted with Velux blackout blinds

Superking - Bedroom 6:

Bedroom 6 is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden with views over Sheringham championship golf course.

This room has a 24 inch wall mounted TV/DVD player, a super king (6 foot) bed which can be split into two singles, a wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. Plus of course bedside tables with lights.

Bathroom & Shower:

The bathroom has a six foot bath with taps located in the middle, enabling you to relax at either end, ideal far the children. Above the bath is a Velux window with waterproof Velux blind. There is also a washbasin with mirrored cupboard over and WC.

Shower:

The shower has two parts, the overhead drench shower along with a separate hand held unit. There is excellent water pressure for both units ensuring a good hot shower at all times.



GARDEN
The garden is private and quite large. It is laid to lawn with a pond, including plants and hopefully fish, (see photo), this is fully protected by railings to ensure children cannot access this area.

There is also a patio/decking area with tables and chairs seating up to 15.

At the far end of the garden is a pergola with chairs for those who wish to have a peaceful few minutes.
