Looking for something special? Our guests tell us you have found it!!. Romany Rye is one of the oldest and prettiest Fisherman's cottage in Sheringham. It is comfortable, cosy and just yards from the sea front and town centre. The property has a delightful enclosed garden with seating area at the front and the all-important off-road parking for one car.Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge; with two sofas, feature fireplace and TV. Door into inner hallway with door to Dining room: with dining table and four chairs and dresser, steps leading into the Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside draws and feature fireplace. Double bedroom: with double bed and bedside cabinets. Single bedroom: with single bed and bedside table. Family bathroom: separate shower cubicle, bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: This property is a traditional character property and therefore has several steps and quirky features. Off-road Parking for 1 car. . Highchair. Bed linen supplied. (Please bring own towels.) Regret no pets. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.
