VILLA GIULIA is a lovely rustic-style 12-person villa surrounded by large terraces. The villa is about 600 square meters in size and has a private swimming pool, large terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning, parking and Wi-Fi.
Villa Giulia is a genuine green paradise nestled in the hills of the Sorrento peninsula, where children can freely explore, run around, and have fun all day long.
You’ll be roughly 2 km from the centre of Massa Lubrense, where you’ll find shops, the supermarket, and public transport links. The nearest beach, Cala di Puolo, is about 3 km from the villa, and Sorrento is about 5 km away.
For a comfortable stay at Villa Giulia, we recommend you have a car available. You’ll be able to park free of charge on the premises inside the gate. There is enough parking space for up to five medium-sized cars. Access to Villa Giulia is via a narrow road which is not suitable for large 4x4s, campervans or caravans. We recommend a medium-sized car.
There are 17 steps up to Villa Giulia from the parking area.
THE FIRST TERRACE is huge and shaded by two gazebos. The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs for 20 people, deckchairs, armchairs, coffee tables and sofas. You’ll also find a pizza oven and a stone barbecue. From the terrace you’ll enjoy a view of the sea and the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida. Access to the terrace is from the dining room and kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR
THE KITCHEN contains a six-hob gas stove, a fryer, a microwave, an electric oven, a moka coffee pot, a toaster, an americano coffee maker, a kettle, a juicer, a fridge with freezer and other small appliances. You’ll also find the dining room which contains a dining table for 20 people and a safe. The room is air conditioned. From the kitchen/dining room you’ll have access through a French window onto the first terrace with a sea view.
THE LIVING ROOM has rustic, welcoming décor and includes some antiques. You’ll find a dining table for 10 people, sofas, armchairs, a desk and a TV in this room. From the living room you’ll have access through a French window onto the first terrace with a view of the sea.
THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower and a hairdryer. You get to the bathroom from the living room.
In the laundry area you’ll find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
FIRST FLOOR (up an internal staircase of 14 steps)
THE PRIVATE POOL is about 90 m2 in size and ranges from 1.70 to 2.20 m deep. The pool area is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. You’ll be able to enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the islands Capri, Ischia, and Procida from the swimming pool . The pool is available from 20th April to 31st October. You get to the pool from the first terrace by climbing 16 steps. There is also access from the fourth bedroom.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a TV, and is air conditioned. The bathroom contains a double sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, bathtub and a hairdryer. You get to the bedroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and a TV, and is air conditioned. You get to the bedroom from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed, a TV and a fan. You get to the bedroom from the corridor.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM contains a double bed and a TV, and is air conditioned. You get to the bedroom from the corridor. From here you’ll have access to the pool through a glass door.
THE SECOND TERRACE is furnished with tables and chairs. You’ll enjoy a view of the sea and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida from here. Access to the terrace is from the fifth and sixth bedrooms.
THE FIFTH BEDROOM contains a double bed and a TV and is air conditioned. You get to the bedroom from the corridor. From here you’ll have access onto the second terrace.
THE SIXTH BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a TV. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, shower, toilet and hairdryer. From here you’ll have access onto the second terrace.
THE FOURTH BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, shower, toilet and a hairdryer. You get to the bathroom from the corridor.
Important things to know
- Tourist Tax: 2, 00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60, 00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Final cleaning: 380,00 Euros.
