Indoors: Belvedere delle Sirene is spread over two floors, connected from the outside by a stone staircase. The panoramic main entrance takes one into the Mediterranean garden set on two levels, featuring lounging furniture, a private heated swimming pool, and a lawn for sunbathing. The welcoming traditional stone hallway is furnished with a large table, lounging chairs, and a barbecue area. Blue-tone majolica and white walls provide a Mediterranean color scheme for the furnishings and fittings on the first level of the property. The contemporary living area features a spacious dining table with a comfortable double sofa bed, a panoramic window with sea views, and a fully-equipped open space kitchen. The living area leads to a spacious double bedroom with a closet and a glass door opening out to the terrace. Accessing from the corridor, the modern bathroom features a shower decorated with majolica tiles and amenities. To the left, a door leads to the second living area with a contemporary-style dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with amenities, and a double sofa bed, creating a convivial atmosphere. The living area also leads to a modern bathroom with a shower and a bedroom featuring a single bed and a queen-size bed accessible through a staircase. Doors open out to the sea view terraces.

Outdoors: Belvedere delle Sirene has two main gated entrances leading to the upper and lower properties. The villa features two parking spaces within the gate available to our guests. The villa offers convivial areas with living and dining spaces, lounging furniture in the Mediterranean gardens, and a private pool area with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and Li Galli Islands.

The property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs due to the stairway leading to both properties.

Nestled in Colli di Fontanelle, just a short distance from Sorrento, Belvedere Delle Sirene captivates with its picturesque surroundings and unparalleled charm. This area is renowned for its panoramic views and idyllic landscapes, offering guests a tranquil retreat amidst the beauty of the Sorrentine Peninsula.

From Belvedere Delle Sirene, Sorrento is merely a scenic drive away, approximately 15 kilometers (9 miles) to the west. The charming coastal town of Positano is also within reach, located approximately 20 kilometers (12 miles) to the south. Additionally, the quaint village of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi is situated approximately 5 kilometers (3 miles) to the east, providing further opportunities for exploration and discovery in this unique region of Southern Italy.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
