Apartment in the historic center of Paris
Modern apartment in the heart of old Paris. In a 17th century building two houses from that of Molière, on the second floor without elevator. It consists of two rooms separated by a screen and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom, the 140 cm bed is completed with a sofa of the brand Steiner comfortable and easy to open in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. It contains all the equipment needed to set the table. In addition, a grocery store is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is a hair dryer, of course. The toilet is separated. The location is magical: 200 meters from the Louvre Museum and 100 meters from the Jardin du Palais Royal ... Everything is accessible!

The host is very friendly and stayed in touch. The apartment is comfortable. Lots of stairs so not great for elderly or little kids but typical of European apartments. Nice bathroom.

Overall very clean and all the tourist sites were close by.

Excellent location, only disadvantage was stayed on 3rd floor no elevators and semi spiral stairs going up.

Excellent property and host, would have given 5 stars except property stated there was a dryer when there was not, so we had to pack wet clothes in our bags. Victoria was very responsive, but didn't have an answer for us about this. Just need to change property details.

Great location---walkable to most all points of interest and is surrounded by cafes and patisseries. There's a neighborhood grocery store right across the street, which is highly convenient. The building dates back to the 16th century, and traversing the wooden staircase makes you feel like a witness to history. The apartment is cozy, has high ceilings and tall windows that open to let in a cool evening breeze. The host was great, was always reachable by phone, and was very quick to replace a broken refrigerator.

Amazing Place in an Amazing Location

The place was amazing. The location could not have been better. At the time of my visit, the road was under construction, however this did not deter us from having an amazing time. Plenty of locations to walk around, plenty of places to eat. The host, she could not have been more amazing. Great communication, extremely flexible and willing to help. The apt was cozy, comfortable and even better than as described.

Great location

Well equipped kitchen with spices and utensils. Comfortable bed. Was concerned about the separate stool from the shower but was a great way to utilize space. Host was excellent and very helpful. VERY close to louvre and river, can walk to many attractions easily. The stairs to get to the floor are more than expected. Best for a couple. Many resteraunts within a block or two.

Wonderful host and location

We loved this neighborhood and the proximity to the Louvre, Notre Dame, L’Opera…it was easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit or catch a bus. The apartment is charming with exposed beams and many thoughtful touches. Our family of 4 was comfortable for 3 nights with teen daughters sharing the fold-out couch. We did not cook but could have - the apartment was well stocked. Victoria was a welcoming host who checked in multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. She also provided helpful recommendations. I would definitely return!

Clean apartment in great location

Everything was very good, grocery store across the street, Joseph Boulangerie just two minute walk and we were happy with their croissants each morning. Apartment was clean, Victoria quick to respond to messsges. There was construction outside the apartment that started early, around 7am, but that is not a reflection of the apartment, it seems half of Paris is under construction. I would still recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous location and great host

This trip was our 11 year old daughter’s first trip to Paris. Location was perfect — if you walk out the front door, you can see the Louvre just blocks away! Victoria is a splendid host — warm, attentive, and happy to provide local recommendations. She even helped us book a flat rate taxi to the airport at the end of our trip. We would definitely stay here again.
