About this property

Located within the Natural Park of the Aiguamolls, in the Barrio del Estanyol it belongs to the municipality of Vilanova de la Muga 4 km from Castello D'Empuries.

We offer you an independent lodging, with 4 double rooms all with bathroom, fan and heating. A kitchen-dining room with fireplace and television, air conditioning in the dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking as well as microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and barbecue in the garden, community pool.

Heated pool with solar panels, from April 15 to October 15 with a temperature of 24c to 28c according to season.
This pool is shared with more accommodation on the farm, measures 13x5m and is salt water.
It is very nice to bathe in the low season since the cover maintains a good temperature.


Alt Empordà, north of the Costa Brava, is a region with a very marked by its cultural and scenic geography, wealth and France border area in the north-eastern fringe of Catalonia and the Iberian peninsula.

Its natural boundaries are the Pyrenees, the Mediterranean Sea, the plain of Empordà, which links it to the Baix Empordà and the Garrotxa area. All these aspects make the landscape of Alt Empordà a unique place that unites sea and mountain, which together with the Tramuntana, north wind, have marked the landscape, culture, gastronomy, traditional trades and the mood of the population It has been established for thousands of years.

Superbe séjour calme et reposant

Le gîte est éloigné de la ville et c’est très apaisant ! Il est spacieux et climatisé. Très bien équipé avec lave linge et lave vaisselle et les serviettes prêtées par l’hôte sont changées chaque semaine. Nous avons aussi profité de l’espace extérieur couvert ce qui est pratique par forte chaleur. La piscine est super. Et l’hôte est d’une gentillesse et disponibilité exceptionnelle !!! A refaire.

Buen alojamiento para conocer la Costa Brava

Hemos quedado contentos con la casa, tanto con las estancias privadas y su equipación, como con la zona común (piscina y campo). Se encuentra en buena ubicación para hacer visitas turísticas y al mismo tiempo en zona tranquila para amantes del relax. Si alguna pega tuviésemos que poner sería la calidad del WiFi y que una noche durmiendo, uno de nosotros sufrió una picadura que no era de mosquito, suponemos que pudo haber sido una araña.

Belle propriété, calme, sereine, propre à l'image de ses hôtes :-)

Superbe propiétée avec des airs d'Hacienda, perdue en rase campagne Catalane. Les hébergements sont très confortables, vastes et propres avec une super literie, hyper fonctionnels, on se sent de suite comme à la maison. Ils sont très intelligemment disposés, on a l'impression d'être seul dans la propriété mis à part les quelques espaces communs, la piscine et la table d'hôte (pas essayée mais ça sentait super bon !!) pour ceux qui le veulent. Et nos jeunes hôtes sont hypers discrets, d'une gentillesse naturelle à l'image de la Catalogne... C'est une très belle découverte et et ce fût un séjour absolument délicieux.
