Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Empuriabrava. Das Haus liegt ideal zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und der Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich und er war jederzeit erreichbar. Insgesamt einperfekter Aufenthalt.

La maison est très bien, conforme aux photos avec un superbe extérieur jardin et piscine magnifique.Tout est prévu pour qu'on ne manque de rien pendant notre séjour. De plus la maison est à 10 min à pied de la plage et 5 min des commerces !

Wundervolles Haus

Das gesamte Anwesen ist wunderschön, modern und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist perfekt und nicht einsehbar von aussen. Das Haus hat rundum an jedem Fenster Mückengitter, sodass die Fenster komplett geöffnet werden können. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und dennoch ist die Einkaufsmeile nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich und der Check in und Out war unkompliziert und entgegenkomment. Einzig eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus. Ideal für Familien. Highlight ist der neu gebaute Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem standnah. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist modern und alles vorhanden. Überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Der Anbieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Wie würden das Haus nochmal buchen!

Sehr charmantes und empfehlenswertes Haus

Das Haus ist ideal für Familien, da alles notwendige im Haus zur Verfügung steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter ist sehr gut. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alle Angelegenheiten gekümmert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, da sie ruhig, aber auch relativ zentral liegt. Wir können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Séjour formidable à Ampuria. La maison est conforme à la description, idéalement située, au calme, proche de la plage et des commerces. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée, meublée avec goût. extérieurs bien entretenus. Nous étions 5 et il y a largement de la place pour tout le monde. Le propriètaire est trés gentil, disponible. Ce fut un magnifique séjour où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et je recommande vivement cette location. Nous avons même prévu de la relouer l'année prochaine

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Empuriabrava! Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet! Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen und dennoch wohnt man ruhig! Der Vermieter ist super nett und trotz unsere unterschiedlichen Sprachen hat die Abstimmumg perfekt geklappt! Der einzige kleine Wehrmutstropfen ist, die Couch ist sehr klein, wir haben sie dank Kaiseewetter nicht in Anspruch genommen sondern die Abende unter freiem Himmel genossen! Wir kommen gerne und sicherlich bald wieder!

Vacances idylliques à Empuriabrava

Nous venons de passer un superbe séjour sous le soleil de la Costa Brava. Certes, Empuriabrava ne me laisse pas indifférent face à sa splendide marina et tout son activité nautique qui en découle; mais il nous faut souligner que depuis 4 ans que nous retournons dans cette station, nous avons trouvé cette année "LA location". Cette maison est toute simplement adorable et parfaitement fidèle au descriptif qui en est fait par son propriétaire. Idéalement située à proximité des commerces et de la plage, elle se trouve néanmoins dans un quartier très calme. Cette demeure très charmante est parfaitement équipée et la décoration soignée; c'est une maison très fonctionnelle dans laquelle nous avons très vite "pris nos marques". Un petit déchirement lorsqu'il a fallu quitter les lieux après ces 2 semaines de rêve... Enfin, nous ne pouvons que féliciter le propriétaire, Mr Di Bernardo, pour sa sympathie au travers des différents échanges.

Que du bonheur !!

La maison est parfaitement entretenue par le propriétaire et idéalement située au calme dans la Marina tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. Elle est très bien agencée, très bien équipée et fidèle en tout point à la description de l'annonce. Nos adolescents ont été ravis de la mise à disposition gratuite de trois vélos sans même parler de toutes les activités nautiques (payantes) disponibles à proximité. Le propriétaire Thierry est vraiment sympa, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. C'est ainsi que nous avons pu apprécier à deux reprises un restaurant non seulement très accueillant, le Ola Café près de la capitainerie, mais également excellent dans la qualité des produits utilisés et du savoir faire du Chef. Nous le recommandons vivement ! Nous sommes restés une quinzaine de jours dans cette maison et nous ne voulions plus en partir mais il le fallait bien pour que les suivants puissent apprécier eux mêmes cette location que nous recommandons sans aucune réserve à tous. Nous y retournerons très probablement afin de vivre une nouvelle fois d'agréables vacances car ce fut cet été que du bonheur !! Merci...

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen in einem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse und doch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Abwicklung und Kontakt war einfach toll. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Empuriabrava würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. FAZIT: Haus, Lage, Vermieter - 5 Sterne ***** - sehr zu empfehlen

Maison entièrement restaurée cette année, très bien équipée et très agréable pour un séjour au calme dans un secteur résidentiel et proche de toutes les commodités. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture Le propriétaire met à disposition des vélos, nous avons pu nous balader sur les pistes cyclables.
