The 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Playa de las Américas, has a modern decor and

It is 600m away from the bus station of Costa Adeje, 750m. from the beaches and near All cervices!



It is located on the third floor with a good view and is very bright.

The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with a sofa

bed and TV.

A bathroom with shower. Free WIFI

Accommodation for up to 4 people.

The apartment is complete with everything to cook with electric plate, fridge and

all you need:

You can do many excursions like Moto de Agua, watch whales and dolphins that

swim in freedom, visit the Teide volcano and much more

Very noisy location, sewer smell in mornings but ok for price

Very loud above the busiest roundabout in playa de las Americas, trucks, buses, motorcycles all night and garbage pick up every morning at 3 am, so bring your earplugs as you can't keep sleep with the windows open & sadly there are no fans, so warm inside. Sewer smell outside strong in the morning too. The pool area is nice but the apt is older and not as well equipped or modern as others listed in this building like 613. For the price it is good, groceries at Siam Mall across the highway, the beach is close, Tina's restaraunt, Pizza Shack & El Gomero downstairs all good & cheap too.
