New Villa! Set in the tropical heart of South Samui villa" Baan Suaan Putahracsa" is a modern contemporary three bedroom villa with a salt water pool.Only a few minutes from 3 beaches.
Take a dip ,simply relax or sunbathe by the pool. Enjoy chilled drinks whilst sitting in the shade .This is a villa where you can truly get-away. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen.Thong Krut beach fishermans village is only a walk away, with many cafes and restaurants.

This new modern style pool villa has close to 220 square metres of living area. Named after our love of native Thai flowers, villa "Baan Suaan Putahracsa" is one of four spacious yet cozy single level villas owned and managed by our family. Ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters.
The villa is fully serviced/cleaned every day and full bedding and towel change takes place every third day.
The bedrooms are all ensuite,. Our bathrooms are large and spacious with baths and both indoor and outdoor showers.
All of the bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in two of them).

The living room is open plan, with a 55 inch flat screen "SMART" tv which as well as being internet linked(Netflix etc) has IP tv featuring over 300 international channels in 5 languages. High quality portable music players are also available.
The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and garden where you will find an 8 metre long salt water pool to enjoy.

The kitchen is modern,fully equipped including your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer stocked with eggs, milk, jams, bread, butter and some local beers(chargeable) and of course the freezer has chilled glasses.
There is a wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and unlimited water is available. A large selection of fruit is made available and fresh oranges and lemons are supplied at arrival time for morning juicing.

The villa is an ideal hide-away as it is a very quiet area set in (Website hidden by Airbnb) is also close to three beautiful ,yet unsullied beaches. 800 metres away is the beach front village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has several restaurants and bars, as well as a few traditional Thai restaurants and cafes.The village also runs most of Samui's regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions. It also has a choice of local minimarts/grocers for your daily shopping needs.

Why they chose this property


We originally moved to this area of Samui about 7 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. For us the location is ideal as whilst it is a hide-away where the noisiest things you here are the birds it is easy to access everything you need. Three nearby beaches so tick morning walks. Local village less than 1km away so tick local restaurants and grocery shops. Theres even a bakery. One of the islands largest supermarket 20 minutes by car And of course lots of green ,peace and quiet for walking and cycling and no pesky traffic at night.

in 2017 a tree fell on our house so we renovated. Whilst doing this we decided to build another house for island guest. Villa Baan Suaan Bua(lotus). It has proved so popular over the last two years that we have added to more villas Baan Kluay Mai (orchid garden) and this property Baan Suaan Putahracsa. SO we now have a small little country hamlet located between tropical coconut land ,rubber plantations and of course the sea.
We built this property ourselves. All the villas we had seen on were white or cream with shiny(dangerous) cream coloured tiles. There was a certain cookie cutter feel to them. So we decided to do something something a little different colour wise. We are happy with the results and we hope you will be. And the pool is a nice size to swim or simply cool down.
The hand painted wooden wall hangings in the villa are those we had commissioned back in 2005 and we. My wife has a love of flowers(im too lazy to garden) and the Putahracsa is one of her favourites you will see a few by the outer walls. And the colors of the walls reflect the golden warmth these flowers have.
