Market House is a stone cottage situated in the village of Abbotsbury, near the town of Weymouth, Dorset. The property hosts three bedrooms, double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath with a shower over, WC, and hand basin, one double bedroom and one twin room, sleeping a total of six people. Also included in the property is one cloakroom with a WC and hand basin, one shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, hand basin, a dining/sitting area with a woodburning stove, a sitting room, a kitchen/additional dining room, conservatory area, and a utilities room. Also included is a small private patio area with outdoor seating. A permit for off-road parking close to the property will be provided by the owners. Market House promises a relaxing getaway for all the family in a superb coastal base. This is a non smoking property - please do not smoke within or in the vicinity of the property Note: Property only accepts children of 12 years and over. Please note: this property has winding staircases, beams and low ceilings and may also not be suitable for persons with limited mobility
