A newly built Villa Selina is located in the beautiful town of Seline, just 250 meters from the beach. This luxury villa offers a private pool, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a roof terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and Paklenica National Park. It can accommodate up to 16 guests.

The villa is divided into several apartments, the ground floor features two apartments, the first floor has one apartment, and the attic offers a cozy studio apartment. Each apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen.

Behind the house, you’ll find a private pool, a large dining table for 16 guests, and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings together.

In the lower ground floor, there is a spacious entertainment room with a comfortable seating area, TV, and PlayStation, as well as a large dining table for 16, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom – an ideal space for the entire group to relax and spend quality time together.
