Maestrale Apartment -Residenza Su Prelau- Sardinia South West Coast

The 90sqm apartment is located under the main Villa of the Residence Su Prelau. Surrounded by a large garden, the environment is peaceful and relaxing and is just 3 minutes drive from a beautiful golden sand beach.
The apartment is half-underground so it is extremely cool but also well lit. The independent entrance and the two bedrooms are located at the front and get plenty of light from the windows overlooking the private patio where you can eat or relax.
The living area is an open space with a fireplace and a very large cooking area in the middle.
Like all the lodgings, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, dishes, oven, kettle, etc.).
You will also have access to the barbecue area, the washing machine and the terrace which are shared with the other guests of the structure.
the lodge can accommodate up to 5 adults.

Helle Momente im Sous-Terrain

Nette Ortsrandlage, nette Vermieter, die unaufdringlich immer zur Verfügung stehen. Leider konnten wir die zum Areal gehörende Sonnenterrasse nicht nutzen, da es entweder zu heiß oder zu nass war. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Region.
