Caunes Minervois is Lovely

The property was very clean and modern with all modcons, the Pool was really nice and the location was perfect, secluded enough that you felt away from the strains off life and could properly relax but with in easy reach of towns city and coast if you wanted to go out. Me and my family loved our stay there and would recommend to anyone wanting a week or two away from it all

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison de Laurent et Sylvia. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et disponibles tout au long du séjour. La localisation est top, beaucoup d'activités à faire dans les alentours. Nos filles ont particulièrement apprécié l'extérieur quasi sans vis à vis avec la piscine pour se rafraîchir et le potager pour profiter de bonnes tomates fraîches.

Le village est un peu calme , pas grand chose autour ! Par contre maison très propre, les propriétaires Sylvia et Laurent très sympathiques et attentionnés aux demandes de leur clients ! Je recommande vivement ! Des personnes aussi souriante et agréable c est rare de nos jours ! Merci à eux

Calme, idéalement placé, vue superbe

Notre séjour s'est idéalement déroulé. La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle, et il y a tout dedans ! Elle est lumineuse et l'environnement est calme. On ne peut se lasser de la vue sur la vallée et les Pyrénées. Sylvia et Laurent sont adorables. Et les conseils pour les visites (et les restaurants) ont à chaque fois fait mouche. L'emplacement de la maison permet plein d'activités à 20/30 min maximum, et les plages sont à 1 heure. Encore merci pour nous avoir permis de découvrir la région dans d'aussi bonne conditions. Maison très agréable

Maison très bien équipée, dotée d'une clim au RDC et à l'étage (appréciable !) Nous avons peu exploité le grand jardin en raison de la chaleur mais la piscine oui ! Un tout petit plus à envisager : couvrir la piscine ou investir dans un robot nettoyeur pour éviter le nettoyage au balai ? Histoire de trouver un point d'amélioration à cette très agréable séjour ! ;-) Un grand merci à Sylvia pour son accueil

Séjour très agréable

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, maison très fonctionnelle, très propre et très bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur les Pyrénées depuis la terrasse et la piscine. La situation géographique du village de Caunes-Minervois permet de rayonner sur de nombreux sites cathares, le gouffre de Cabrespine, de visiter Carcassonne et de faire de très belles randonnées à proximité. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Parfait ! Une très jolie Maison dans un environnement reposant et très agréable !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la maison de Sylvia et Laurent et nous avons adoré notre séjour. La maison est très bien conçue, bien équipée et l'environnement est exceptionnel. La piscine avec vue sur les Pyrénées apporte sérénité et repos. La gentillesse l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires est irréprochable. Caunes Minervois est un joli village qui permet de nombreuses excursions dans les environs. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances au calme.

Une location impeccable !

Acceuil simple et chaleureux. Maison impeccable et bien équipée. Une piscine juste pour nous et une vue sur les Pyrénées magnifique. Des sites rapidement accessibles comme Caunes, Carcassonne, Narbonne, la Méditerranée, Fontfroide, Cabrespine, Enserune... Une semaine très agréable et des propriétaires charmants et discrets.

Tolles Haus mit Pool!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Laurent und Sylvia sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr nett und haben uns noch einen guten Restaurant-Tipp gegeben: La Cantine du Curé, eine Tapasbar mit Live-Musik neben der Abbaye - super lecker! Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, alles da, was man so braucht. Entgegen der Angaben auf der deutschen Fewo-direkt-Seite ist Bettwäsche nicht im Preis enthalten - war aber kein Problem für uns, da wir vorher nachgefragt hatten. Ein besonderes Highlight war natürlich der Pool mit der schönen Aussicht! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Great location and house. Laurent and Sylia could not be more helpful.

We had a fantastic holiday. The location is close to really interesting places to visit - we did have a car and would definitely recommend that to anyone else staying here. We enjoyed the variety in the area from amazing caves quite close by, castles, chateaus and Abbeys, medieval villages like Minerve and Lagrasse, and Carcassonne itself is wonderful. We split the week with half of it getting out and about, and the rest lazing around the pool which felt very private and had a good view across the valley to the Corbières and on a clear day you can see the Pyrenees. The house had everything we needed, well equipped and comfortable. There were only two of us so we had lots of space, but the house would be good for a family too. There isn't aircon in the bedrooms but the aircon downstairs is very effective. Laurent and Sylvie were great hosts and could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Great home for a fantastic Holiday!

We have had a fantastic holiday staying in this beautiful house! The owners are really friendly and the house is provided with everything you need. The surroundings are gorgeous, with lots of beautiful things to see and fun things to do. There was not one thing missing for us on this holiday. The kids had so much room and possibility to play that we only saw them for food and drinks :-)

We enjoyed a lot of the landscape and surroundings. The village is quiet and people are really nice, as the owners who helped us in our stay. The House is really modern and comfortable. Our Stay were really peaceful and nice.
