Nikolas House located in Afionas is a traditional house that offers accommodation up to four people. Nikolas house covers a surface of 85sq.m and figures two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single beds. The whole house is on the ground floor and also has a bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen with dining area and living room. Around the home there are large verandas with sitting area and nice blooming garden with flowers and trees. The holiday hire offers free Wi-Fi access , air-conditioning in the bedrooms, parking space, fully equipped kitchen , portable barbecue and washing machine. Nikolas house is in a quiet area with sea view from one side and view to the mountain from the other. Within a few minutes customers can find restaurants, cafes ,super market.
Afionas is a very picturesque village with colorful houses and cobblestone streets. The central church of the village is Agios Ioannis, built in 1636. Next to the church, there is a monument dedicated to Hector Yalopsou, the naval officer who was killed in Imia in 1996 and came from here.

Sehr entspannende ruhige Lage mit Meer- und Bergblick
Perfekter zuvorkommender Service (Begrüßungspaket im Kühlschrank, gute Einführung in Haus und Umgebung, Sonderwunsch in der Küchenausstattung umgehend erfüllt).

Gut zu wissen - ein paar subjektive Hinweise:
- ruhige Seitenstraße, nur die Grillen zirpen zur Entspannung
- schöner Garten und große Freifläche
- wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte am Berg wenden können
- 2km bis zum Strand
- Restaurants in Afionas gut zu Fuß erreichbar
- Fernsehkanäle beschränkt auf lokale Programme
- die Internetanbindung liegt ca. 1Mbit/s, also für E-Mail und Surfen mehr als ausreichend
