This enchanting Mediterranean Sea villa is located in the nicest part of Rhodes, the charming island of Dodecanese.
The house and surrounding area have all modern facilities while keeps the spirit of traditional Greek home with its coziness and joyful atmosphere. All place is a unic forest zone next to the crystal clean sea.
SeaShell Villa is a perfect place for family or romantic holidays: spacious comfortable house, crystal blue sea withing 2 minutes walk, quiet fine shingle beach.The villa house is 60 m away from the sea. The house and the beach are connected by a picturesque pathway running among wild cypresses and juniper trees. In the natural garden our guests will find a cosy spacious shower cabin with cold and hot water. After swimming and sunbathing they can use a hammock to relax in shadow, enjoying caressing sea breeze.
The natural garden around the villa has a big nicely decorated pergola where coffee or meals can be served, and it is a perfect place to relax with a glass of delightful refreshing Greek wine. There our guests can use a sink with cold and hot water, tableware (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc) at the cupboard next to the oven, dining table and 10 chairs. Everything is ready for outdoor lunch in the shade of cypresses, or romantic dinner under the bright south stars!The outdoor area is decorated with evening lights and traditional handicrafts.
The big comfortable house is full of light, fresh sea air, fragrance of surrounding coniferous trees and wild herbs.

The house provides rooms at the upper level of the house:

-big sitting room with fireplace, TV and wine table,
-2 bedrooms at the 1st floor (a bedroom with double bed; and a bedroom with two single beds),
-1 bedroom at the 2nd floor (a bedroom with double bed)
-fully equipped kitchen,
- bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC at the first floor, and wash/WC unit upstairs;
-2 recreation areas with coffee tables, sofas and armchairs;
-traditional Greek soufas can be used as a children playroom, or as additional sleeping zone for three children or two adults,
-spacious covered veranda facing the sea,
-all rooms have balconies.

From verandas you can enjoy amazing views of marvelous pink sunrises and golden sunsets over the quiet gleaming sea.

Sitting room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

if the number of guests more than 7, we can offer a rental option for big groups and provide an additional 3 bedroom apartment at the ground floor (for extra cost).

We guarantee privacy, no other guests or group at the villa during your stay whatever rental option you choose.

The villa provides satellite TV, internet, telephone, washing machine, ironing facilities, fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, coffee machine, microwave oven and other.

At the beach our guests will find a private sun awning, sun beds and sun chairs. The beach is very quiet, it is just you and sea, no hotels nearby, just several neighboring villas. Mojito beach cocktail bar is 600 m away from the house, our guests can take a walk (or swim)there along the sea line, or use their car to get there.
Enjoy wonderful mornings and evenings at the sea shore; take a walk along the tide line, under the bright stars, listen to the soothing sound of the waves.

Our guests can use private parking at the villa. It is big enough to park up to 4 cars.
Cleaning on request (once a week) and bed linen/towels change (once a week) free of charge.
Beach/bath towels provided.

The governmental environment fee is 10 euros per night independently of the number of guests and is collected cash by the host on check-in.
Breakage guarantee 200 euros can apply. it is collected by the host on check-in and will be refunded in full on check-out if no damage done.

The host is ready to give all info concerning entertainment, shopping and landmarks, and to assist in renting a car.

The villa is just 4 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station.

At the village of Plimmiri our guests can buy fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen, or visit popular fish taverns.

Our guests can also visit Lahania village, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa; Vati old village; Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfers.
Kiotari tourist centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is 10 km away from the Villa.

There is a regular bus from Gennadi to Rhodes town, making stops at Lindos (world famous landmark of ancient and medieval heritage of the island), picturesque villages of Pefki, Lardos, Kalathos, and more.
