Once we hit in the apartment was very nice..No one was there to greet us, Our travel was delayed, so it was later than expected. We were never told that the elevator had been broken for a very long time and we had 52 steps to go up or down every time we exited the building. We were very skeptical about going out at night. The back of the building was on a nice street but other than that didn’t seem safe to me. The owner and the property manager were amazing!

Thank you for your review; we regret you found the venue uncomfortable for you: we host here many guests every year, as it's located in the most typical area of Pescara, where the poet Gabriele D'annunzio was born. This is a fully safe place and here around there are offices of Carabinieri, Financial Police, State Police and even Italian Army! We cant imagine a place safer than this. Regarding the elevator, perhaps you misjudged: there is NO elevator at all in the building. It was not broken. We wish you the best

Very nice place to stay!

In July 2020 we, a family of 6 persons, stayed a couple days in this apartment and we enjoyed it very much. It is a very nice apartment and equipped with everything you need. You can walk easily to the beach and multiple shops are nearby as well. Upfront we communicated with Elio and he is a very friendly person and explains everything very well. We truly can recommend a stay in this apartment.
