"Le Yucca" is situated on the French Riviera 3km from St Raphaël on the coast road.The property is fully landscaped with a shared private heated 27°C swimming pool. Ideally situated 50 meters from the beach.
"Le Yucca" is classified as a 1 star seasonal rental on the Tourist Office website of Saint Raphaël.
In July and August rentals are weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
"Le Yucca" is best suited for adults (+baby)
For older children see "The Poolhouse"

1 Parking space within the property

NB "Le Yucca" is just off the main road (you can hear traffic noise) and access to the shared pool is a short walk around to the back of the house.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooking hob, microwave oven, coffee machine and oven.
Sheets, dishcloths, bathroom and beach towels are provided.
Possibility to wash and dry laundry on site.
Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Electrically controlled gates guarantee maximum privacy and security.
The sea and a series of quiet coves are within 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
The beach is a sandy beach but we advise you to bring special swimming shoes as there are rocks in the sea.

Séjour les pieds dans l'eau

Les propriétaires, Jaspa et Didier sont très gentils et bienveillants, merci à eux de rendre le séjour très agréable. Le studio est très fonctionnel, les commerces sont à proximité, la mer de l'autre côté de la rue et la piscine, une pause détente assurée.
