The villa is on two levels in a quiet area, surrounded by a large private garden with parking space. The structure is equipped with all comforts, such as a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and ceiling fans in all rooms, a patio prepared for both summer and winter, independent heating. Both bathrooms have a shower. The sea is easily accessible with the bicycles made available.

Super accommodation

Everything was exactly like the advert said. It was very clean and all services (and more) were as described. Beach is a 15 minute walk and plenty restaurants to choose from. Rome is by train easy to reach, and Claudio wanted to take us to the station and pick us up again. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Ivar and Bouchra

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für den Urlaub mit dem Hund. Der Garten ist ein Traum, groß und eingezäunt. Rund herum große Parks mit tollen Wegen. Zum Strand zu Fuß rund 700 Meter. Außerhalb der Saison toll für die Hunde. Es war nix los. Wir hatten es noch nie, dass in der Wohnung sogar eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel da war wo Brot, Butter, Milch, Marmelade, O-Saft, Spagetti und Tomatensoße. So muss man nicht gleich ausrücken um einzukaufen. Die Küche super ausgestattet, für Leute die gerne selbst kochen leider etwasklein mit wenig Arbeitsfläche. Es fehlte lediglich ein großes Brotmesser und eine knobipresse :-). Einziges Manko, in der Anzeige wird nicht kommuniziert dass Hunde extra kosten, das kam dann etwas überraschend, war aber in Ordnung. Hat an der Freude und dem Wohlfühlen in dem Haus keinen Abbruch getan.eine absolute Empfehlung .

Soggiorno consigliato per chi vuole passare del tempo a Roma in una ottima location

La posizione dell'immobile è ottima, vicina al mare e comoda per raggiungere i centri principali per visitare Roma. Il rapporti qualità prezzo è eccellente assieme alla pulizia e l'ordine. Il possessore dell'immobile è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Perfekt

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt, vielen Dank an Claudio, er hat alles explizit vorbereitet und war zu jederzeit gut erreichbar. Das Haus entsprach 100% den Angaben, der Garten ist wundervoll, die Zitronen super lecker, ebenso das ganze Obst was zur Verfügung stand….ich kann den Vermieter und das Haus nur jeden paar empfehlen…
