Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of EVERYTHING! Nestled in a safe, established neighborhood. Perfect "TDY" or business trip temporary residence. An oasis for traveling professionals, vacationers, visitors, or someone that just needs a little peace and quiet. Beautifully landscaped, complete with beautiful native birds!

Large open-plan gives the feeling of spacious elegance. Living room is beautifully decorated with huge leather sectional that will fit the whole family! The fireplace (gas) with instant "on switch" gives immediate ambience on those chilly evenings.

Living room and dining room have large sliding glass doors that extend out to a huge deck, featuring several seating areas and gas grill. Deck stairs lead down to spacious second deck and pool area.

Chef inspired kitchen is completely appointed with anything you could possibly need to make a feast! Supremely ample workspace and a ton of granite will delight the cook in anyone.

Master suite includes a super comfy king bed, mahogany furniture, fireplace (gas), a leather conversational grouping and a large walk-in closet.

Spa-inspired Master bath includes large custom shower with twin-heads, a jacuzzi relaxation (garden) tub, and plenty of sunshine and space.

TV's in all beautifully decorated bedrooms, living room and downstairs, include wifi/cable.

Wonderful stay

We were in town a few days visiting family. This was such a comfortable home base. It really felt like home. We loved the pool and the well stocked kitchen. A couple storms rolled through while we were there but we felt very safe in the comfortable basement with a safe room if we had needed it.

Fully Stocked Stellar Rental w/perfect location, amenities and service

We stayed at this gorgeous home for a week as we were moving from Niceville, FL to Little Rock, FL, and we could not have picked a better place. The first thing to say is that the photos do not do this home justice. After our 11-hour drive, we walked in the door of this beautiful home and smelled this wonderful cinnamon fragrance and Enya was playing on the stereo in the living room to welcome us in after a long drive. You won't get that at a lot of rental homes!!! The living area is enormous as is the kitchen and dining area - all with an open floor plan which was great for our family and my parents. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and made us want to stay in and cook instead of always going out to eat. The pool was just pure icing on the cake. It is bigger than most hotels you stay in, so it was such a treat not only for our two kids but also for the parents and grandparents alike. They even had floaties for us to use!! So we left the two floats we bought at the house for the next guests to enjoy. The beds were so soft and comfy with plenty of linens for our entire stay - they even provided pool towels. Booking and getting into the house was a piece of cake! I'm sure when we have family or large groups of friends come to visit us, we'll try and rent this place again because it was THAT good. Oh and all the artwork on the walls throughout the house gave the home even more character!

FANTASTIC!!!

From the moment we entered the doors of this amazing home, we were in awe! The pictures do not do this home justice! It is stunning, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and everything is so well thought out! We spent a few hours just exploring all the nooks and crannies as well as admiring the art work throughout the house. Then on to what we came for... The pool! WOW!!! It's huge for starters! I'm slightly handicapped so the railing to get in and out was great! And it's so peaceful! We literally swam and/or floated around for hours all day, every day! We used the BBQ grill once and it was so clean it looked brand new! Everything you could possibly need for cooking is in the amazing kitchen and it was laid out so well it made us want to redo our own kitchen! There was only 2 of us but the house would have easily accommodated several more. There is another living room, bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom (which was great for using when we came in from swimming) downstairs. Literally, every convenience you need! We are already planning our next trip down! Loved it!!

The property was exquisite with a beautiful, spacious kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a lovely dining area and a cozy family room space with working gas fireplace. We spent Thanksgiving at the house and had a wonderful time cooking and spending time together. Property is walking distance from an old grist mill and is a lovely spot to explore. Everything has exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful home in a great location!

The house was very beautiful and relaxing sitting at the end of a could-a-sac. The location was key for us too, you are close to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Little Rock. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you would need in a home. Mr. Scott was a super host and very responsive on all my questions and a repair that was needed during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house.

We had the best time here. The pictures don't do this house justice. It is beautiful, clean, and huge. There is so much space to do whatever you need to do. The pool is also huge and you will have so much fun playing or relaxing in it. We were not even out of the driveway and my kids asked when we could go back. Definitely on our list of places we will be returning to. David was available to help fix the problems that came up. And they provided so many extras that you will not find at another house. Wonderful!

My daughter (6) and I were in town on family business. We lucked out on finding Dave’s gem of a home. It was absolutely beautiful and cozy! It felt like home. He had opened to pool early and we were able to swim a couple of times. The water was actually cool and refreshing. We will most definitely be back! I certainly recommend this place to anyone. Would be the perfect place for a short family reunion or just a nice weekend stay. Dave was an awesome host and super attentive. We thank you again for the wonderful stay!
