About this property

3 Bedroom home in a safe convenient area

We allow SMALL NON SHEDDING DOG ONLY and must be on reservation. If you did not put pet on please go back to number of guest click on it and click the box below that says “I am traveling with a pet”. 3 bedroom, two bath home on one level with a deck and a large fenced backyard. Master bedrooms has a king bed and an updated private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed & has a love seat that folds out to a twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large wraparound couch in den. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a separate dining area with French doors leading out to a deck and a large fully fenced back yard. There is a bar-b-que grill if you would like to grill. Great neighborhood for walks. There is a small lake right around the corner. We provide starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper so you don’t have to run to the grocery store first thing. We also provide coffee, creamer, coffee, sugar, and sweet and low. In the bathrooms we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Trip to reconnect with family

This property was perfect for our little group. It was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We found everything we needed and were in a great location for my MIL and her sister to reconnect with cousins they hadn't seen in 20+ years. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here 4 nights with my 2 small dogs and it was perfect for us. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe. This property was the perfect place for us to stay, much better than staying in a hotel. They seemed to be very comfortable, it was like being at home because when I left to sight see they were able to stay in their crate just like they do at home. There is a great backyard and deck. There are stairs and I had to carry them because they are not used to stairs. The king size bed was very comfortable. This was my first experience with VRBO and I would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for us. There were 4 adults and 2 small dogs. We had everything we needed and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to get around. The check-in process was simple and stress free.

Great Location

I love this location because it's close to the mall and restaurants. The outside is as nice as the inside. The neighborhood is nice plus it's only minutes away from the old mill park.

Lovely stay!

Stayed at this property with my parents while we were in town for my aunts 65th birthday! Lovely home and in a nice quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Little Rock love

The backyard is AMAZING! Dogs LOVED it. The bathrooms were awesome. So pretty, nice, and clean. That hall vanity is to die for and mirrors are what I see on the HGTV shows. Bed and living area was very comfy. Location was fantastic, with the convenience stores, coffee shops, grocery, UPS, liquor, restaurants and the neighborhood itself. The hills and Fall leaves and everyone’s Christmas decorations making it so festive and sweet.

Cute Place in Little Rock

This was a cute little house on a beautiful and quiet street. Easy access to freeways, stores and restaurants. The house had pretty much everything we needed. Thank you to the host Karen, for being available to us when needed. We I’ll keep this place in kind if / when we visit Little Rock again!

Tired and in need of some work

There was a strong odor of dog as we walked in the door. The sheets had holes, a cabinet door in the kitchen was hanging by one hinge. I reached out to the host with those issues and asked if they had been onsite recently. The host responded quickly to say "Yes, at 3pm prior to your check in" and offered to send out someone to fix the cabinet and the housekeeper to swap out the sheets. They did not acknowledge the report regarding the odor. We spent part of the first day cleaning. I purchased a mop and cleaned all of the floors. The rinse water turned dark. One set of the replacement sheets also had a hole. Some other issues that caused me to rate this property so low include: the shower in the primary bathroom is too small for an adult to use, mold/mildew in the other bathroom also the switch for the light and exhaust fan are actually in the tub/shower enclosure, the sofa and area rug smell strongly of dog. I don't usually leave ratings this low, but in this case I felt that a warning for others was appropriate.

It was well stocked and even had a grill with a full gas bottle so we enjoyed eating a lot of grilled food that kept the kitchen nice and cool!! After I asked about our issue u did not answer! Well I still don’t see any missed calls 501-628-6808

Exactly as Expected from listing

Traveled from Texas to meet our son that goes to college in Arkansas. The house was perfect! Accessible to many restaurant and entertainment! Not new, but we’ll maintained and we’ll-stocked! Loved having soap, coffee paper towels, etc. The only problem was we did not get access instructions before our arrival. We were able to contact owner / property manager and entered 1 hour later. No doubt we will be returning to Little Rock in the future and, if needing a house, will rent same home again!
