Newly renovated 1st floor, 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo features 1 King, 2 Queen, and 1 Twin Bedroom. Sofa Bed available in the living room. Well appointed kitchen has granite and stainless steel appliances with a double oven. Great room allows for family dining and enjoyment with a fireplace. Bathrooms have double sink marble and granite vanities, one with a tub and one with walk-in shower. There is a large outdoor shower next to a landscaped, private, fenced-in side yard which is perfect for outside BBQs. Off street parking for two cars in the back and a garage, with more parking available in front. A large front porch for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. Lots of games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. Cable TV in living room and 2 bedrooms, along with Wifi access. This is a quiet area of Ocean City that has easy access to 34th Street bridge, and an easy drive to downtown. The trolly stop is right around the corner. Walking distance to church, ice cream, and pancakes for breakfast. A beautiful large beach just steps away near the hobie cat launch.

Classic Comfort

This home is beautiful, comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect - short walk to a great beach and a very short stroll to Uncle Bill’s for breakfast and Aunt Betty’s for ice cream. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes you could possibly need, and the large island was a great place for our family vacation tradition of working on jigsaw puzzles. We had some great beach weather and enjoyed the boardwalk with our grandkids. We would happily stay in this lovely house again and again.

Wonderful vacation home!

This home is stunning! We’ve been coming to OC for several years and this is the nicest home we’ve had. Covered front porch is lovely and side yard with picnic table is an added bonus. Home is very clean with a great stocked kitchen. Gracious owners obviously want their renters to have a wonderful experience which we did!

My husband and I enjoy early morning walks nearly every day on the beach. This is a great family oriented neighborhood. We are entering retirement and enjoying time with our grandchildren in both Ocean City and Florida. This is not just a rental home, it is OUR home. Therefore, we have furnished it to be comfortable and inviting for the whole family.

Why they chose this property

The South End of Ocean City is quieter from the rest of the island. This allows us to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer, but be away from the summer noise. This home is a unique property for Ocean City in that it has a side lot that is big enough for a large family BBQ and has outdoor showers. The yard is our favorite area of the home. After the beach, we can all relax there while getting dinner ready and the children showered.

What makes this property unique

The home is just a mile down from the 34th street bridge, so easy access on and off the island if you want to head out to nearby restaurants or interesting places. It is only a short drive south to the southern bridge for additional access to local towns for eating and shopping. Easy drive to downtown Ocean City on Asbury Avenue and just a bike ride away to groceries, restaurants, beach shop, bakery, and play ground.
