The property has one set of queen bunkbeds with stairs. The property has a master bedroom with a ensuite and a junior suite with a ensuite. The front beachside deck is shared by both floors. The fenced in ground area and ground floor room/porch is owned exclusively by the 2nd floor and not to be used by the first floor unit occupants.
