RIVERS LEDGE CABIN is located inside
Paradise Pointe which is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL,TN,GA. Walk our HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner. Cabin has hot tub, fireplace, grill & fire pit! Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck. 19 rentals has access to the pool house. Basketball court, Charcoal grill, WIFI etc. BLUFF & POOL DECKS!

Bedroom 1- King bed on main floor.
Bedroom 2- King bed upstairs.
Bedroom 3-upstairs family room with true queen bed & sectional.
Bedroom 4 -1 king bed upstairs, walk from upstairs family room into this bedroom.

Not Pet Friendly!

Cabin is for 8 guests including children! Upon approval we allow a maximum of 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay! If you bring more than 8 & did not pay you will be charged or ask to leave.

1/2 of payment will be due when booked & other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days, both payments will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 processing fee if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund of total reservation (minus the service fee) if you cancel 31-59 days before arrival day. NO REFUND if you cancel 30 days or less before arrival day.

Great view and peaceful stay

Four girls went together for a girls' weekend and enjoyed this house very much! Great view, peaceful stay, quiet, awesome porch for sitting with coffee and chatting. We would visit again!

We would return…..

Most things were great, and the owners were easy to get hold of if needed. The cabin was very clean, the heating worked great, and the view of the mountains was lovely.Great location for Chattanooga and surrounding areas. I feel that more could have been done to beautify the ground space immediately in front of the cabins…it was very bare with very little colour…I(I’m an avid gardener so I notice stuff like this.) 2 of The 4 ‘‘deck chairs ( one of which was a foot stool, were broken. They were immediately replaced but the replacements were not outdoor chairs or something you’d want to sit on for more then 10 mins. The hot tub was very clean and in perfect working order although the over head out door lights over the hot tub were probably not up to code. The guys could be wrong about this as we live in a different state though?? If the chair on the deck were replaced our stay would have been almost perfect😊
