Maiso. Tres bien équipée, terrasse tres agreable .Les photos ne sont plus au gout du jour .Il y aurait bessoin d un peu d entretien. Pour l emplacement les avions sont genants le samedi .sinon le reste de la semaine tout va bien .Nous avons passer un agreable sejour,.

LOCATION

Conforme à notre attente car nous l'avions déja loué l'année dernière mais mériterait quelques petits travaux d 'entretien. location pour un couple. Le jardin manquait d entretien nous l avons signalé à la propriétaire à notre retour et l'alèse du lit était taché nous avons du la changer.

Schöner Ort und schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Berge toll. Die Terrasse großzügig. Es ist nur im Dunklen bei der Ankunft schwer zu finden. Eine genauere Beschreibung würde vielleicht helfen.

Nous sommes restés 4 jours sans eau chaude Tous les chiens du quartier venaient dans le jardin faire leurs besoins Vaisselle insuffisante (pas de verres à eau 1 seule casserole, pas d assiette creuse ,pas de presse agrume...) Lumière dans les WC par intermittence La maison qui pourrait être agréable manque de suivi

Un gîte où il fait bon de passer des vacances !

La petite maison est agréable à vivre on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut ! Ns avons eu l’occasion de visiter un peu plus la Balagne que ns connaissons mais pas entièrement tellement de belles choses à découvrir à partir de Randos de bons restaurants des commerçants tous très aimables . La mer pas loin et nos premiers bains . Notre ti chien a pu profiter aussi il ne nous quitte jamais. Retrouver des amis aussi et passer d’excellents moments . Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison , son jardin et une vue non négligeable sur les montagnes.

Großzügiges Haus mit herrlicher Terrasse

Es war für uns der 2.Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns gerade wegen der herrlichen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge wieder sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch der Fluglärm hielt sich in Grenzen (hauptsächlich samstags, abends ist absolute Ruhe) Erfreulicherweise war der von uns vorher angefragte und auch sehr nützliche Ventilator im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Dennoch müsste an der etwas abgewohnten Möblierung etwas getan werden: Es fehlt nach wie vor eine 2. Sonnenliege. Eine Duschstange und Vorhang wären wünschenswert. Das Geschirr könnte z. T. erneuert werden. Die Klimaanlage ist altersbedingt recht laut (kühlt aber gut) Auch eine automatische Bewässerung des "Gartens" würde das völlige Vertrocknen der Pflanzen verhindern. Insgesamt können wir das Objekt empfehlen

à l'écart du flux touristique

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour juste à coté de Calvi sans subir les inconvénients du flux touristique, maison située dans un village d'environ 10 habitants, bel espace extérieur avec terrasse avec vue sur la montage. bien situé pour découvrir la région entre Galéria et ile rousse. Bien que l'aéroport soit juste à proximité cela n'a pas été un gros inconvénient, après 19h plus aucun vol.

Schönes Haus mit großartiger Terrasse

Gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Haus mit riesiger Terrasse. Der freie Blick auf die Berge, die bequemen Lounge Sofas, der große Garten sind das absolute Plus dieses Hauses. Aber auch Innen ist es sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Angenehm waren auch die Bettdecken (nicht nur Laken). Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer wäre jedoch wünschenswert. Auch müssten die Gartenliegen (nur 1vorhanden) erneuert werden. Die Nähe zum Flughafen stört nur samstags. Ansonsten gibt es nur mäßigen Flugverkehr. Früh morgens und abends herrscht absolute Ruhe. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand oder in Calvi. Wir haben uns in diesem abseits vom Trubel gelegenen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

La maison est fidèle à la description mais nous nous ne nous attendions pas à être si loin du village de calenzana et si proche 300 mètres de l aéroport et des avions qui décollent notamment le samedi à interval régulier

Zum Ausspannen und Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn die Terassenmöbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, tat das der Entspannung keinen Abbruch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (der nahe Flughafen stört nicht wirklich). Mit dem Rad ist man in 20 Minuten in Calvi. Wir genossen die Ruhe und den unglaublichen Sternenhimmel. Ein idealer Ausgangsounkt für Ausflüge ans Meer und zum Figarella- und Fangotal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Maison charmante

Une jolie maison avec une superbe terrasse. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes; Maison en pleine nature. Séjour très réussi. Très bon contact avec le hôte qui nous a accueilli. Proximité de Calvi et des plages. Très bon point de départ pour les randonnées dans la Balagne.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren einige Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten und Terasse und fantastischer Aussicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich wirklich um alles. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man findet im Haus alles, was man braucht, inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Nebenkosten, ... Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Man kann in Calvi einkaufen und bummeln, es gibt tolle Bademöglichkeiten am Meer und viele schöne Wanderrouten in der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Heerlijke woning met heerlijke buitenruimte en fantastische tuin met uitzicht

Allereerst: Je hebt geen last van het vliegveld in de buurt. Wij hebben hier 6 dagen met zijn tweeën gezeten. Overdag veel onderweg geweest maar ontbijtje in de tuin, en avondeten was heerlijk. Lang leven de bbq, en het paard ( Ed door ons genoemd) kwam iedere keer even kijken of er nog wat te bikken was. Vooral de lounge bank was heerlijk. Zijn alleen binnen geweest om te slapen en te koken. Djanar doet er alles aan om het naar je zijn te maken, ze reageert heel snel als je haar een berichtje stuurt. Gewoon een fantastisch verblijf 1 minpunt: De kussens van het bed waren voor ons slecht

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die große Terrasse und der Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Jeden Morgen hat uns das Pferd mit einem freundlichen Wiehern begrüßt. Es gibt sogar einen großen Grill im Garten, den man nutzen kann. Zum Flughafen: Sonntag war reger Flugverkehr. An den anderen Tagen hat uns der Flughafen nie gestört, da flog nur selten mal einer. Dann hat man herrliche Ruhe und hört außer dem Zirpen der Zikaden nichts. Nachts war es immer ruhig.

Lot of privacy and fantastic garden

We stayed for one week in early May. We chose this villa because of its large garden (sun from set till down) and privacy, but also because of its strategic location. From Calvi one can easily visit the coast between Ile Rouge and Porto, in addition to many historic inland villages and mountains. With the exception of Saturday evening, we did not experience much activity from the nearby airport. The owner was very friendly and arranged a cod and even a bicycle for our daughter, who especially enjoyed to take care for the horse in the field behind the garden. The garden facilities are extensive: lounge sofa's, dinner and pick-nick table, deckchairs and armchairs. Also very convenient is the large bath and a Lonely Planet on Corse. The situation of the terrace and lounge sofas is such that you can enjoy the sun until sunset, with a view on the mountains in the West.
