Villa languedocienne in residential area of Grau du Roi, quiet and close to the beach and shops, on a small plot with private parking.
Large living room on the ground floor with well equipped kitchen (2 fridge-freezer-dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto a wooden terrace where it is very pleasant to eat. Bathroom.
 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs (140 beds) with en-suite bathroom, balcony and fan.

The photos with against day can give the impression that the house is dark. Rest assured, there is a lot of light! East West exposure with bay windows.

Very nice holiday close to the beach

Frederique and her husband were super hosts. They welcomed us warmly and explained everything and gave us tips. The highlight was that the house is situated only 5 minutes from the beach. The house furthermore is very comfortable but the kitchen and bath downstairs need perhaps a little renovation. Nevertheless we would book it again. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

A Repeatable Holiday Destination

Everything met our expectations. It was indeed a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was mostly a quiet neighbourhood. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was as we expected. As this is a holiday area and the houses and apartments are close together you cannot dictate who your neighbours might be. We were on a two week holiday which was fine until five, twenty something year olds turned up to stay in the house directly behind us. Unfortunately our peaceful holiday was disturbed for the five nights they stayed and stayed up late! Despite this brief disturbance we loved the area and the proximity to the beach, the town centre and to the wider area for shopping and sight seeing. The house was easy and comfortable.

Very nice guests whom we have been glad to meet. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the impoliteness of people who can rent nearby, which may happen everywhere. We have complained to the owner of this flat , to meke him realize he is not alone and we were sorry for this misadventure!

Schöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat uns viel Freude gemacht, da Strand, Restaurants, Ausflugsziele und die ruhige Lage sehr zur Erholung beigetragen hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Küche ein Facelift bräuchte.

Gelungener Herbsturlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Wirklich sehr hell und geräumig, sauber und ordentlich. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der nächste Bäcker (beim Kino) in 5 Minuten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Agréable maison au calme et proche de la plage

Nous avons bien apprécié l'endroit et la maison. Tout l'équipement nécessaire s'y trouve. La proximité de la plage est un atout indeniable. Les magasins et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds en 10 à 15 minutes. Ce serait encore mieux avec plus de moustiquaires. Par temps caniculaire, il fait chaud dans les chambres. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec les propriétaires et la voisine. Chouettes vacances.

Locataires très sympathiques, à recommander. Les chambres étant déjà équipées de moustiquaires, ce qui permet de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit, il est impossible d'en mettre aux portes-fenêtres. Par contre, nous prévoyons d'installer la clim pour l'Eté prochain en raison du réchauffement climatique ressenti ce mois-ci. Jusque là avec les ventilateurs la châleur était supportable, il faut s'adapter...

La maison est charmante et très bien équipée, dans un quartier calme, proche de la plage idéale pour les enfants, et non loins des commerces. Parfait

Rien à redire pour ce séjour d'automne en famille dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé près du centre du Grau du Roi, non loin des commerces et juste à côté de la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes très attentifs à ce que notre séjour se passe bien. La maison est très bien équipée et nous a permis (4 adultes et 1 adolescente) d'être tout à fait à l'aise dans 3 chambres spacieuses et 1 grande pièce à vivre. Nous avons pu rayonner et visiter différents endroits : Saintes Marie de la mer, Nimes, Montpellier... et faire des balades en bord de mer. Nous recommandons sans état d'âme ce logement !

Gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage zu Strand und Stadt

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist - wie auch in der Beschreibung erkennbar - klein, aber wir haben dort gerne am Abend gegessen. Vom Haus aus erreicht man den Sandstrand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und wir sind auch morgens oder abends für eine kurze Erfrischung ans Meer gegangen. Die Innenstadt erreicht man gut zu Fuß, noch besser aber mit einem Fahrrad, das man sich vor Ort ausleihen kann. Damit kann man auch die Umgebung gut erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bereiten einen angenehmen Empfang. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in diesem Haus und in Grau-du-Roi sehr genossen.

charmantes Haus mit Charakter

eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin, die gemeinsam mit ihrem Ehemann gerne und ausführlich bei der Ankunft die Infrastrukur in der Umgebung erläutert und auch vorab stets auf Fragen zügig antwortet. Das Haus: stilvoll und charaktervoll eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Bad im EG ist eher eine kleine Toilette mit Duschmöglichkeit; es ist aber gut geeignet, um die Füße nach den Strandbesuch abzubrausen. Die Lage: ruhige Nachbarschaft, perfekt in 3 min zu Fuß zum schönen Strand; bis zu dem nahegelegenen Strand am Leuchtturm Espiguette kann man, muss man deshalb nicht unbedingt fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bon séjour et propriétaires adorables!

Nous sommes venus en couple d'amis et nous avons passé un super séjour. Tout est à disposition, une petite salle de bain au RDC pour se rincer les pieds après la plage et une grande salle de bain à l'étage. Les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine est toute équipée. Les propriétaires nous ont super bien accueilli, ils nous ont expliqué ce que l'on pouvait faire aux alentours, montré le chemin de la plage, ont ramené nos valises depuis la gare. Vraiment au top! Encore merci pour tout!
