Art House boasts 10 individually decorated bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 21 people.
Guests have Netflix and Alexa in each bedroom to enjoy streaming media and our WiFi mesh system ensures that the speeds are fantastic without any dead zones.
For those who wish to read or relax and socialise our beautiful lounge area with stunning period bar (BYOB) is the perfect space to do so. (We can arrange cocktail nights and masterclasses at an additional fee).
The dining area and outdoor space make Art House the ideal location for family gatherings and celebrations in style.

The Art House was the perfect choice for our large group! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still enjoy a comfortable stay. The layout is ideal for accommodating big groups while still giving everyone a sense of privacy.The home itself is beautiful—every room has its own unique character, and the artistic touches throughout make it feel warm, inviting, and memorable. The common areas are perfect for gathering, whether we were sharing meals, playing games, or just relaxing together.The location is great as well, making it easy to explore the area. If you’re traveling with a large group and want a place that blends comfort, style, and functionality, The Art House is an absolute gem. We’d 100% stay here again and would highly recommend The Art House.

10 rooms, all with their own bathroom. Well appointed. Actually looks like the adds. No issues parking. Only thing that would be nice is a powder room on the main floor as there were a lot of stairs involved for the people on the top floors to use the restroom, but it was a small price to pay for such a great space in such a great location.

Family wedding in Derry

We came to Derry and stayed for a week for a family wedding. The art house was perfect for us. It was great that we had the entire property (plus the jazz house next door) but everyone had their own space, bedroom and bathroom. At our max we had 23 adults and 2 toddlers between the two houses.
