It is a house in which there are only 2 houses, a small studio and this 3 bedroom apartment. It is in a very quiet area and pedestrian street freshly arranged.

It has 3 rooms that are divided into several floors, in the 1st we have a dining room and kitchen, in the 2nd there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, and in the upper floor another room with 2 bunk beds and a beautiful terrace where to take your place the sunsets.

In addition to the charm of the house itself for being a house in the historic center, it has been renovated in 2019, with many details and every day we are doing new things, so some photos can change (to better) with the new details added . It is perfect for a group of 6 people, all sleeping in bed and even a 7th person could sleep on the chaise longue sofa.

In addition the house has a fireplace that gives a very cozy feeling. The terrace on the top floor is very nice, beautiful and an ideal place to have a coffee or a drink relaxed.

The location, is simply great, just 3 minutes from the beach and the same center where you can find all kinds of shops, the "islet" of the Palomera, etc .. and also with the possibility of adding a parking space if the client wishes (with extra cost).
