THE SPACE:

Appartamento Rossini is a gem of elegance and comfort. With three large double bedrooms, this space is perfect for groups or families looking for a central base in Como.

The well-equipped kitchen and large open space with seating area will allow you to prepare delicious meals and share special moments.

Two modern bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own space and comfort. Air conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant stay in any season.

Moreover, the Apartment Rossini is an ideal base for exploring Como on foot. With all the main attractions and services nearby, you can fully experience the energy of this charming city.

Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.

Contact the agency before arrival to receive all useful information and please do so by 18 hours because the office closes at 19 hours and after this time it will not be possible to send the login information.

The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.

Family vacation

Apartment and location were excellent. We recommend this apartment and location. Only negative was that I had to pick up and drop off key at a different location.

We met Thomas, a kind, friendly, polite person and as a host - tidy, respectful and punctual. It was a pleasure to welcome him for the period of his stay in Como. We were sorry that on the day of his arrival the key box was blocked and he had to collect the keys in the office (which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment) but previous and subsequent guests continue to use the key box at their arrangement at the entrance of the house.

Lake Como Stay

Beautiful Apt, only 3 blocks from Lake! So many restaurants and shops all over!! Perfect location! The manager, Wendy was amazing! Stayed in contact me before and during our stay! Always got back to me and answered my questions! The friendliest person we met the whole 2 weeks in Italy and we met a lot of nice people! Her assistant, Eva was always super nice also!

Great location

Wonderfully situated in Como. Easy 1/2 mile walk to/from train station. Close to lake. Restaurants, bakeries & shops everywhere. Splits kept rooms cool. (We got confused with another apartment elsewhere in Italy and misread the 10:00 checkout, thinking we had until11:00.) Not a complaint but there are some pretty steep stairs so with very old or very young, keep that in mind. We only stayed one night but would absolutely recommend.

I dont know that there could be a better location. Its right near the Cathedral and far enough away from the night life to let you sleep. A LOT of Stairs. When they tell you this it is very, very true. Beds were very good. Lighting is awful. It is either dark or bright as the sun. Please add some end tables and a lamp. Also, there wasn't enough toilet paper for 4 people, no paper towel and no dish detergent. I know these are little things but they dont cost much and add a lot of value.

Lovely Apartment in Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in the Rossini Apartment, especially the location which was close to the lake, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and matched the description on the VRBO site. Although we knew that there wasn't an elevator, we didn't realize how many stairs there were to the apartment or how steep they are. We had been on the road for 14 days and had a lot of luggage to carry up/down the stairs. We managed. No problem if you have light luggage. We had a difficult time locating the apartment with GPS, as many streets are for pedestrians only, or one way. We eventually parked the car and walked to the location before finding a parking garage and permanently parking the car for the duration of our stay. If driving, be sure to provide the host with your license plate number as you are only allowed to park for15 minutes upon arrival/departure.

This apartment is spacious, super clean and delightfully decorated. There was plenty of room for our party of two couples to spread out; one stayed upstairs in the large loft with a private bath, the other chose one of the two downstairs bedrooms (second bathroom on the main floor). Communication with the owner and check in was super easy. The main reason to love this apartment is the location. It is right in the historic center of Como close to cafes, restaurants, Duomo and water front. We enjoyed the full kitchen and having a TV after a busy day of sightseeing. One caution: the pictures show one staircase to reach the apartment. There is another set of stairs to get to that level. There is a total of 47 steps from the street to the apartment door. Not a big problem unless you have a lot of luggage or issues with stairs. With that proviso this is the perfect apartment in Como and you will love staying here.

Great location

Overall great , very clean and with the amenities one needs . A view or a terrace would have been awesome but we really only slept in the apartment so it wasn’t a big deal and knew about it anyway . Granted you do partially see the Duomo.

The picture and description do show the 16 stairs To access the apartment from the plaza level. What IS MISSING is the description of the 27 stairs from the street to the plaza level. Very difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs.
