About this property

Our recently refurbished apartment is extremely convenient to everything Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer. On Southsea Common and within a minutes walk of the seafront, beach, shops and restaurants. Solent Retreat is a private apartment, with your own front door, lounge, double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and king size sofa bed. All bed linen and towels are provided.

De matras van het bed was zeer slecht, op de zitbank kon je ook niet goed zitten. Douche was niet netjes, wc bril zat los. Keuken was niks op aan te merken.

A great location for a visit to the Portsmouth area.

Solent Retreat provided an excellent base for our short stay in Portsmouth. It was a pleasure to meander along the seafront to Gunwharf Quays and to take the 50 minute boat trip around the dockyard. There is plenty to see en route, with things of interest and for the entertainment for all ages. It was nice to have real chairs and sofas in the apartment rather than having to use the sofa bed as the main seating, which is often the case in holiday lets, and we appreciated the provision of kitchen items and parking permits. The property handbook provided all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay.
