This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.
This modern, spacious Penthouse flat, has 2 double bedrooms each with flatscreen TV, the 3rd bedroom is 2 full size singles that can be made into a King size with zip-lock facility - with a further single sofa bed, so let us know which you want set up for you!
The spacious Kitchen area leads to a South-West facing balcony with stunning views over Southsea rooftops to the sea, catching the afternoon and evening sun, perfect for al fresco dining and your morning coffee.
The shops, bars and restaurants of Albert Road are on your doorstep, the Seafront is only a 10-15 minute walk and a few minutes & a 25 minute walk will take you to Gunwharf Quays shopping and dining complex, the D-Day museum and the Historic Dockyard.

This flat is perfect if you are attending a University Graduation, Victorious Festival, the Great South run or any other occasion. There is plenty to do in beautiful Southsea.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
A damage deposit is required. Released 3 days after check-out.
No music or loud voices on terrace after 10pm and no smoking on terrace, this is not a suitable party venue, there are guests below and neighbours either side of you.
Apartment is on 3rd floor on there is no Lift.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
