Great view, average stay

We stayed 4 nights in Capri. The room and view are exactly as pictured. Very beautiful. Lady who checked us in was very responsive and pleasant. As other reviews mentioned, the AC was “broken” during our stay. When we reached out to Rafaelle he did not have a solution. It was very hot even with the door open. Additionally, it was loud outside the room with the window open, especially in the mornings. One night there was a party at the restaurant immediately outside the window that had a band until 1am. The walk up to the center of town was 20 mins uphill/stairs. I would recommend waiting in line for the bus and taking that. The walk back from town isn’t so bad.
