This luxurious villa with terraces and stunning views also has a perfect location surrounded by beautiful lush greenery.
\"Luminosa\" has 2 double bedrooms and a total of 4 beds, 3 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen, all on the same floor and overlooking the main terrace.
Here, under the pergola, there is a table for romantic dinners with a view. At the top of the house a lounge terrace is the ideal place for sunbathing overlooking the sea. The many large and bright rooms allow you to enjoy the suggestive light of the gulf and the Mediterranean air, the living room is also equipped with air conditioning. Wifi
There is no doubt, the location of this villa is unique!
Bright has 2 entrances: one at the top of the villa by car and a pedestrian access on the opposite side.
From here you can reach the famous Piazzetta in just 8 minutes on foot.

Please note that upon check-in the following are due:
- € 500 security deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in. Don\'t worry, we\'re not the kind of people who charge for a broken plate. :)
- € 300 for general cleaning to be paid in cash upon check-in.
- € 100 electricity per week
Check in 16: 00-19: 00.
check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 requires a supplement of 60 €.
Check-in is not possible after 22:00.
