This cozy apartment has a direct entrance to the living room, where there is a powerful fan with the integrated kitchen. Next is the balcony overlooking the garden.
Going to the right is the bathroom, the bedroom that has another fan and a large closet and finally a small lingerie room.
Walking a few minutes you can access coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, several beaches, famous nightlife venues. Even next to the apartment complex is the stop for free transportation to the famous Siam park water park (which is 5 minutes away)

A lovely self contained apartment. Close to bars, restaurants & beach. My wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks over the Christmas period of 2019 & loved it.

Has everything you need

The property has everything you need very close to the strip, the beach and the pool is great, Beatriz is very helpful and always reply’s to any messages you send me and my wife couldn’t fault the apartment.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was exactly how described. It was very comfortable with everything you would need. It was also very centrally located. The pool area was great, it seemed to have been renovated recently. Property also 2 mins from the beach. Beatriz was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. Apartment may not be suitable for older persons as there are quite a few steps to first floor and is situated very close to the strip but we loved it!

Reasonable priced good location

Good Location Clean pool with sun loungers. Accommodation excellent. Noise level could affect some people but never bothered us. Our age range is between 34 - 43 so we don't party. But for those of you that do this is a great location. But also if you don't. Short walk to the beach approx 5mins Plenty of places within walking distance to eat. Property owner friendly and very helpful when needed her.

The apartment is nice, very clean, fully-equipped, and has a nice balcony. You can feel well there. It is located in a fenced building complex, therefore you can feel secure there. You have to know that it is directly located close to Playa de las Américas. It is almost impossible to get bored in Playa de las Américas in the south of Tenerife. The streets are full of stores and cafeterías. This is the one side. The other is that it may be a little noisy in the evenings, because of Karaoke bars and discos not far away. But it is possible to arrange with that and in summary we liked the apartment very much and would always stay there again.

Wunderschön im Herbst

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu zweit. Sehr sauber und super zentral gelegen, was uns wichtig war, da wir kein Auto gemietet haben. Die Lautstärke der Bar nebenan kann man mit geschlossenem Fenster gut abdämmen. Wir haben öfter gekocht und es war alles da was man braucht. Beatriz hat immer sofort geantwortet, war super flexibel und zuvorkommend. Es wurden gerade am Haus Bauarbeiten vorgenommen, die etwas lauter waren. Da wir tagsüber jedoch immer am Strand waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Très bon logement

Le logement est pareil que les photos .L emplacement est idéal et très vivant. La wifi n est pas très bonne .la piscine est très bien dommage qu on est pas pu se servir des transats. La résidence demande à être rénovée. Pour nôtre arrivé nous avions convenu avec Béatriz une arrivée vers 14h00 nous n avons eu les clés du logement qu à 17h00 et entre 14h00 et 17h00 imposible de joindre Béatriz ou toute autre personne. Attente trop longue devant l entrée en pleins soleil très mauvaise arrivée.

Die schöne Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und an idealer Lage, nahe zum Strand und zentrumsnah. WLAN tiptop. Sehr angenehm ist auch, der abgeschlossene Parkingbereich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht gut deutsch und legt Wert auf die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste. Wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hat, wird das in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Makel ist, dass man mit der übermittelten Adresse bei Google einen falschen Ort angezeigt bekommt. Die Adresse sollte deshalb von Anfang an mit "Bungalows Las Piteras" ergänzt werden.

Im Herzen von Las Americas in der ersten Etage einer Wohnanlage, ganz in der Nähe der Stände, Bars und Restaurants. Wir haben hier 14 Tage sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht.

Flawless Stay

The apartment was spotless, the photos don’t do it justice! Very well equipped kitchen with lovely extras like spices - nice touch! The apartment feels very secure, the complex has a locked gate. Amazing location, 2 mins from bars, restaurants and supermarkets, a 5 min stroll to the beach and Siam Park is close by too. The balcony was also great and was sunny for most of the day. Beatriz has clearly put a lot of effort into setting up the apartment and it really shows, she was easily contactable and very helpful throughout our stay. As a young couple we had a perfect stay and will definitely be back. You’ll be missing an absolute gem if you don’t book this place!!

Apartment is in very good condition and clean, all necessary things are new (pan, forks).

All was good, we highly recommend this apartment. There is a pool and beach towels. The apartment is on the second floor-you must use the staircase it is important when you are will little baby. We had a perfect stay.
