This two bedroom, two bath condominium is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 and Main Street shops and restaurants. Top floor means no footsteps above you. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Bathrooms were remodeled in 2023!

The condo has one large rooftop deck, a perfect spot for morning coffee or dining al fresco during the Breckenridge summers. A second covered deck for grilling on a propane grill provides year round enjoyment.

New pool complex completed December 2018. The complex has one outdoor heated pool and four outdoor hot tubs. Pool and hot tubs are available by reservation system due to COVID regulations.

One assigned underground heated parking space and one outdoor parking spot based on availability. Free Wi-Fi. No pets, no smoking inside, and no smoking on outdoor decks.

Master bedroom has one king sized bed. Second bedroom has two queen sized beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room has an upgraded memory foam mattress that comfortably sleeps two. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the condo. Kitchen is fully stocked and new appliances installed in 2021. Gas fireplace.

Fantastic location and perfect place
Just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and to the town. The location can’t be beat. The place was spotless. Kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable to include the sofa bed. Underground parking was great. The check in and check out occurred without a hitch. Linda was super helpful. Looking forward to coming back.

Great spot for skiing!
Perfect spot for skiing with underground parking and great pool/hot tub. Unit was well furnished and cozy for the six of us. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this fantastic condo! The location is perfect to get to the slopes, restaurants
We had a great time celebrating the holidays at this awesome condo. It was four of us and the condo was very spacious. The condo is beer clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Linda the owner was so nice and easy to communicate with. Between being close to the slopes, restaurants and shopping the location was great. Cant wait to come back!
