Stunning Walk To Lifts 2 Bathrooms Large Studio! STR License:STR20-00124
Extensive remodeling recently completed! An additional 1/2 bathroom was added to this large studio as well as a complete redesign of the full bathroom (no tub shower only in unit). Awesome Roomy Studio Condo with Mountain Views. Wake up early and walk to be first on the lift! Large indoor pool and hot tub on the on the property! Heated garage with ski lockers in garage so no lugging gear to condo. Elevator from garage takes you within 50 feet of condo door.
Located in Mountain House area of Keystone with easy access to lifts, nightlife and shopping. Lift and Mountain House lodge less than 300 yards from condo. Walk across Snake River on Private Bridge to lift. Less than 10 minute walk to River Run with newer Restaurants and shops. Less than 10 minute walk to Lakeside Village with more restaurants and shops. Awesome local favorite Mexican restaurant across the street, and Snake River Restaurant for fine dinning less than 5 minute walk. Best Pizza in Summit County snowballs throw from complex front door!
Park you car and then walk or ride the free shuttle service to everywhere in Summit County.
Condo is fully furnished with a full kitchen, 4 stool bar, and 4 chair dinning area. This is the largest Studio you have seen with over 800 SQ. FT. The bathroom is huge, and the living space and kitchen are very large. There is a Queen Murphy bed, a bunkbed with a double on bottom and a twin on top and a full size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the real wood fireplace and if you like sit by the fire pit outside (weather permitting).
This condo will very comfortably accommodate two to three adults and two to three kids. Not suited for more than 4 adults.
