You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles).
Things to Know Please note that there is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised, to include the pictures, etc. Location is great, property was pristine when we checked in, and it met all of our expectations and then some. Bed was a bit on the firm side but we recognized that it can be a matter of preference. Kudos to the property owner/manager!

Nice but noisy
Property was clean and well maintained. Amenities were as described. Location was great for skiing or town. Would rate 5 except for the noise. Unit is located at the intersection of a street that has a lot of traffic throughout night both pedestrian and auto. No AC, so widows have to stay open for air. Unit was equipped with a sound machine for white noise, but it not effective with the windows open. Also, the bedroom needs black out shades or curtains.
