Comfortable apartment just minutes from the splendid Marsala Salt Flats
The house is located on the second floor of a stately building. The apartment is quite bright and spacious. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet with an en-suite bathroom and a safe for storing any valuables. The other comfortable and comfortable room with adjacent comfortable and spacious bathroom. A large kitchen where you can have a table and chairs.
The apartment is located very close to the center which can be easily reached on foot in just 8 minutes. Well served area, nearby you can find everything: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery shops and much more ....
The location is convenient and strategic for getting around easily. In fact, 15 minutes from Trapani Birgi airport is well connected thanks to a bus service to and from Marsala. Possibility of a shuttle service to and from the airport for a fee offered by the owners but only upon request.
At 10/15 minutes away we find beaches with equipped beaches, while the nearest sea, with rocks, is only 2 minutes away by car.
The splendid Saline are just 3 minutes away by car, where you can admire the unique sunsets of the world. From the Saline you can move thanks to the connection with the nearby Mothia, an archaeological site and uncontaminated land. Links also with the famous islands of Favignava / Marettimo and Levanzo 3 minutes away from the house.
At 15 minutes, for fans, you will find a kitesurfing school with courses and instructors available.
